I needed to have someone clean the dryer vents at two of my businesses. I picked Lance for the job based upon his stellar google reviews and they lived up to them. The communication and promptness was a pleasure as you usually don’t get that with service related businesses.

At one of my locations, we had the wrong vent on the roof. While they were at the location, they were able to switch this out for me. I would absolutely recommend Lance and his guys.

We needed to get our dryer vent cleaned. I called Lance and he was able to fit us in very quickly. He was upfront on the phone about time and cost and followed through with those during the appointment. I felt no pressure from him in terms of upsell and he came across as very professional, friendly, and honest. He recommended putting a hood on the vent and was able to do it right then and there. Will definitely use this company again.

I recommend this company! I needed my dryer vent cleaned out and Lance was so accommodating to come over on a weekend. The dryer vents from the roof and had never been cleaned, therefore effecting the drying time. I feel like I have a new dryer!! Thank you Lance for your expert knowledge and for accommodating my schedule. The price was reasonable and money well spent!

Lance was very helpful and upfront about the service call and Felipe did a good job BUT to charge $50 for using a ladder and $50 to cut a screen is outrageous. I paid as I did not want to bother the tenant again but I will never use this company again. The service was completed in 10 min and cost >$300
