Lance was responsive when we first called to have our dryer vent cleaned. Once scheduled he was on time and communicated to us the night before with a reasonable window of arrival.
He took the time to explain the process, pointed out any potential gotchas, and completed the work in about an hour.
After Lance was done he took the time to clean up after himself and thanked us for the business.
After 12 years of being in the house I would say we were beyond due for this service and DryerVentz delivered!

I found Lance via a Google search and started chatting with him on the website. Sean came out a few days later and the whole thing was straight forward. He provided us with a non binding quote and they came out for free to provide the estimate. We went ahead and proceeded with the work and I could first hand watch him pull out quite a bit of Lint out of our vent. All in all, a great experience and I will recommend to others!

The customer service is incredible! Lance scheduling our first appointment, Sean when he came out both times, they both went above and beyond with their customer service. Would highly recommend! They came out in July for the first visit then we had an issue with our dryer, it stopped working. A bird had built a nest in the vent and they came back out free of charge to check and see what the issue was. We appreciate how well and also how fast their response time is and how quickly they’re able to come to your house.

Technician (Sean) arrived on time, was friendly, quoted a good price and got the dryer vents cleaned in 30 mins or so. Even the communication to schedule the appointment was very good and was followed up with frequent text reminders. I am glad I chose them for this job and highly recommend them.

The heating element in our dryer went out so we had it replaced. Not even 1 week later our dryer stop producing heat again. It was recommended that we get our dryer vent cleaned (3+ yrs since it was last cleaned). I called Lance on a Friday evening and he was able to visit the following Monday for a free inspection. Prior to the visit, He explained the details of the job so I had an idea of what to expect. He arrived on time and was professional. He went inside the attic and on top of our roof to inspect and also provided pictures of what he saw. The overall job took about 30-45min and he was done. This was my first experience with a service of this kind and I didn’t feel like I needed to get a second opinion because Lance was not trying to up sell me on additional services or fear me into getting my business, he educated! This is the type of customer service I can appreciate. Upon completing the job, I commented on his company hat. The next day he hand delivered one to me. Thank You- Very Much Appreciated!

The company was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Lance showed up on time (called ahead about a 20 minute delay) and diagnosed problem quickly. He removed a few bags worth of accumulated lint from the upper part of vent at roof, then some from the dryer itself. Very personable, knew what he was doing and was finished within an hour. The dryer is now working better than it ever has!

I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor with Lance’s company. They built an excellent dryer vent. Lance was extremely transparent in considering the best option. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, honest, and the price was fair. I wish all contractor experiences were even half as positive as this one! I will follow up for future dryer vent cleaning as well. I called Lance on Friday after thanksgiving asking if he had any opening this weekend. We happened to sell our old dryer and the new set was being delivered Monday. Lance and the team did a phenomenal job cleaning our HOA / multi family dryer vents. They did it for a very reasonable and affordable price. I think we got a great deal by bundling all of the units together. Our building is multiple stories and they handled everything with ease, including the small cherry picker lift they needed to reach some of the upper levels. His team is great, the service was great, and we were so happy they could service our HOA building with 75 units. Will be using them in the future for our next cleaning. I’m very pleased with this company. I was having an issue with a dryer and it was effecting my hardwood floors. Lance came out the same day, took a look, gave me a reasonable price and had me on the schedule for 3 days later. When his team arrived, they were very respectful and got the job done.
