Julio began taking care of my weed eating and mowing several months ago. He is always prompt, a very good communicator and a very kind and courteous young man He has done everything I have asked and I think he is very reasonable in his pricing and I hope to be using him for a long time! Julio also takes care of my son’s yard weed eating and mowing and he is just as pleased as I am!

We have an old washer that stop spinning. I thought I was going to have to get a new one but he was able to fix it and had the part on hand. Would highly recommend them 🙂

I can't begin to express my gratitude to Kirby's Appliance! Over the years we've been taken care of with honest and affordable care with all our major appliances. We love them!

First, most of the corresponding was done by text. My appointment was at 8 am, I called them at 8:11 am, no one answer, so I left a voice message. Received my first of many texts from France's at 8:22 am. She told me the appointment was at 11 am. I replied, "No, my appointed was at 8 am", and sent her a screen shot of my appointment and time. She was sorry that she couldn''t get any one there this morning. Told me she could have someone there by 11 am. Explained to her I had a doctor appointment downtown Dallas and I must leave at 12pm. She assured me the tech would be there by 11 am. Thanked her for her assistant. Texted her at 11:05 am to see if the tech was coming. She replied at 11:08 am, "Yes, he's on his way". Text her again at 11:32 am telling her I have to leave at 12 pm, again. Steve showed up at 11:40 am, told him if he can't fix it in 20 minutes don't get started. He replied' "Ok, have a good day and left"'. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!

Called to schedule service appointment for a washer making a noise. Frances was very helpful, and said they could come to my area but would need more than one appointment to make the trip. She stated that she had another call in my area on "Thursday" between noon and three. I did not verify the date, but assumed it was Thursday of the week I made the appointment. Thursday comes, no call, and at 2:30, I called to verify the appointment. At that time I was told the appointment was actually the following Wednesday. Not Thursday at all. Assuming that I made the mistake, I agreed to the following Wednesday appointment. Today is the Wednesday of the appointment. I called this morning to verify the appointment and left a message for Sarah. I received no call back. At 12:30, I called again, and kept calling until I got a person. They have no record of my appointment. Not sure what the problem is, but I 've now wasted 2 days waiting.

Had an appointment before Christmas, they did not keep. Made another appointment for Jan 4th, they cancelled because they are too busy. Today January 8th cancelled because they were afraid of the tech getting sick. Ive been without my oven and freezer for over 2 weeks. They were going to try to actually set another appointment for next week. Not happening.
