We called them to provide an estimate for running electrical to an outside shed. They were quick to respond and set up the appointment. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions without getting irritated. Estimate was easy to read and I felt confident we were making the right choice!

John from Jay's Electric and Media solutions was very helpful . He responded promptly to my inquiry regarding hanging a large TV. He fully explained charges over the phone, made it a priority to come to our home as soon as possible. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. More than that, he was very pleasant, efficient and highly particular in getting the installation done to our liking, better yet, properly.

Being that he is licensed and Bonded electrician as well allowed us to ask him a few questions. Logan came and checked to see if the vent fan I wanted could be installed in my bathroom. Then he went and purchased the needed materials and did a complete install on the same day! He did a great job and I am so happy after waiting 5 years to get this done as I feared it would be almost impossible to get exactly what I wanted!!

The owner Jonathan is a Professional and a very nice guy. The moment you explain your electric problem to him, you feel like, this guy knows what he is talking about. It was like talking to a friend. We had electrical storm damage to our barn. He quoted a very fair price up front, and after many hours of work, it did not change a penny.

Jon came out to add a new 2 new fans to my new pergola while swapping out an existing fan for me. He was able to wire them up to two different switches, which we wanted! Jon was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, fun, and agreeable to a slight tweak to make me 110% completely happy!!! We now know who to call for all of our future electrical needs, you do too!!!

John came out and installed a portable generator for us just in time for the big winter storm in January 2026. I waited until the last minute to do this of course and didn’t give him much time. He drove to us after hours in order to get us in, he knew what we needed to go with the generator and drove all over town to pick up the special 50 amp cable, the inlet and the interlock kit since they were sold out just about everywhere. Very committed to getting us taken care of, fair price, professional installation and explained to us what we needed to do if the power does go out. We also had some bad breakers in our panel and he took care of those too while he was there.

Jay's updated all our lighting and our audio/video system when we invested in a recent major house renovation. They always performed in a timely manner and worked on weekends when necessary. They are pricey at times, but they provide quality workmanship and peace of mind. We are very happy with their work and attitude and feel that we received a good value for the amount we paid.
