I found the coolest selection of plants here, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Really an awesome spot for Texas native plants!! Also, didn't realize they do irrigation, so that's a plus!!

Extremely happy with Land Care. From start to finish, their service exceeded expectations. Brandon was excellent to work with; super knowledgeable, no-nonsense, responsive... patiently addressed all our needs without ever trying to upsell us anything unnecessary. He even sourced specialty items, including a pink Vitex and two 20' magnolia trees. The team at Land Care was reliable, responsive, and trustworthy, making the entire process stress-free. And dare I say... enjoyable. Their pricing was competitive, and the quality of their work was top-notch. We've worked with several landscaping companies over the years, but Brandon and the team at Land Care stand out as the best experience we've had. Overall, super impressed with how they transformed our backyard.

Paid for a tree and was quoted 2 weeks for delivery…that came and went and during week 3 I called 3 different times to get 3 different stories on delivery. 3rd call told me they were at my house planting today, which I never told them where and never made an appointment. Lots of miscommunication there and “IDKs”, and for spending $550 that’s just unacceptable. Also was given zero instructions on the care of the tree after planted (other places give a whole info sheet). Super unprofessional and won’t be shopping there again… neighbor also asked where I got the tree and I told them where so they wouldn’t go there!! 2 lost customers!

It was OK, the employees were nice and somewhat knowledgeable but the plants weren't great. I pointed out that several areas of plants had bugs eating the leaves, they were aware but still had them for sale.

I purchased a maple tree including installation for a good price! Staff was friendly and assisted me, explaining in detail the quality of each tree and went above and beyond helping me select the perfect one. After my purchase, the scheduler dropped the ball. Almost a week went by and I was not contacted to install the tree. I had to place the call twice and was given the run-around. To this day no employee has called to schedule an appointment and this company felt it was ok to keep my money without doing the work. I had to call to request a full refund. I feel ripped off and treated like I didn't matter, they seem to only want your money.

We can't say enough great things about Land Care. They landscaped our entire backyard last year (including the planting of two 20-foot magnolia trees!) following an extensive pool build project, and one year later, everything still looks lush and beautiful. They really stand by the quality of their work, and their service is excellent. Thanks to Brandon and the entire Land Care team for taking great care of us.

Great experience at Land Care Garden Center today. Purchased a pickup full of plants you likely would not find and Home Depot or Lowes. Super helpful staff, nice selection of healthy plants and well organized. Highly recommend stopping by next time you need to improve your garden or landscaping.

I reached out to this place in need of a tree that needed to be replaced. I spoke to Ryan and he assisted me through the whole process. I had contacted numerous tree farms and they were all quoting me 25% more than here. I let him know I was on a tight timeline due to my HOA and he was able to get me scheduled very quickly. All in all, a very easy, seamless process and Ryan was fantastic to work with! And the tree is very healthy and beautiful!

We hired Land Care a couple of months ago to redesign our backyard, and front flower bed area. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome! They provided design recommendations and guidance throughout the process, including focal-area landscaping by the pool and adding a flagstone path. All the plants and flowers, colors and layers is what I was hoping for, and it all came together so well thanks to Brandon's vision and expertise. The front of the house looks so clean and fresh too. Everything looks amazing! Would definitely recommend.

I don’t take the time to refer someone as often as I probably should but Rudy has done ALOT of great work for us. Laid sod, installed a dry creek bed, and built a walkway where grass wasn’t growing. He’s one of the most honest contractors that we’ve ever worked with, shows up on time, VERY communicative, super friendly, I could go on and on.

Rudy did a lot of work for me including canopy trimming, sprinkler system repairs, power washing, French drains, concrete steps, and replacing the grass in my backyard with Colorado river rock. The quality of Rudy’s work was top-notch. He was always on site. He conducted himself in a professional manner. He was in constant communications with me. Rudy was referred to me and I would highly recommend him for any outdoor projects. I will be using him again this fall to plant grass in my yard. I look forward to working with him again. I had a project that I needed a skilled masonry crew to rebuild two retaining walls on each side of my pool to hold up the soil erosion.
I thought I’d try next-door neighbor and ask them if they knew any good contractors that did a good job for them and I was flooded with a lot of names.
When I said names, I mean people’s names, no company names….
But Rudy’s company stood out because he had a professional name, southern comfort lawn and landscape. I logged onto his site…nice!
I invited Rudy up to give me an estimate of what the work he knew exactly what he had to do.
Which impressed me. He was going to make it a lot sturdier than it was.
Original owners only put down a bunch of rocks in a bunch of mortar and it was all falling apart.
So Rudy suggested a double wall of stone to hold it up straight and put a nice solid cement footing underneath those stones.
Did a very nice job. It only took his men one day to do both sides of the pool from dusk to Dawn in
Bitter cold weather. They did an awesome job cleaning up too!
It came out beautiful. It really did. I highly recommend working with Rudy. He’s the nicest guy in the world and his crew is very nice and knowledgeable. You can see their workmanship once they get going. I’d hire Rudy anytime now. It’s so hard to find good contractors, but I recommend Rudy but he also does many other things also so if you have outdoor projects that deal with cement, brick gutters or anything else, you should just give him a call and see if he does it. Well worth calling him.
Oh, and he’s very reasonable and very timely

I am beyond pleased with the service from The Grounds Guys of Highland Village. My yard has been struggling with serious drainage issues, but this team stepped in with a level of knowledge and care rarely found. They performed an extensive aeration and dethatching, pulling up a staggering 3 inches of dead grass. The team members are true professionals who clearly take pride in their craft. I was especially impressed that the owner personally stopped by during the process to ensure I was satisfied with the work. If you want a knowledgeable crew that prioritizes quality, I highly recommend them."
