I said this last year but I think they’ve outdone themselves. Best my yard has ever looked.

Recently had some landscaping done and they showed up on time, completed the worked and did an excellent job. The customer portal really is a great tool that I use to review quotes and bills. Wow, this business has made an outstanding first impression! When I called it was mid-day because I had been wrestling with my recently sodded front lawn for hours and had a migraine.

Kaime answered the phone and was warm, patient and understanding. She made everything easy which is how it should be but was also appreciated in migraine-state.

Despite being a new client they managed to make time for my lawn the next evening so it would be done before the heavy rains. They accomplished perfect beauty in 20 minutes and remembered to lock my side gate on the way out (I have a dog). Oh, and can I mention how clean everything was when they were done? Not only beautiful grass but my home, sidewalks and edging shone! After the rain nothing has run off.

I was looking for a locally owned company because they are more respectful and ultimately care more. They want you to be happy so you’ll feel good about having them return and want to share your experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Hope Lawns! Aaron, the owner, is very kind and thorough. His guys came out and built a garden wall around my front flower bed and I could not be happier with the results! I highly recommend them for your lawn needs.

Had our fence replaced by J&J Landscape. The owner and his crew are easy to work with and helpful. Our fence turned out beautiful!

1. Grass showed up 9 hours late. They claimed to have truck issues. (never called to inform me) I had to be the one to call and check on the eta which they NOT once told me truth. It was "almost done" each time.
2. This company stands behind a 3rd party lawn care that does horrible work. (Four Seasons Lawn Care the owner name Matt out of Plano)
3. Communication and timing were unsatisfactory and embarrassing.
