I hired Meier’s last year when my other provider stopped servicing my area. I found them to be very customer-focused, professional, and fair (competitive pricing) with excellent communication. The workers were also always professional. If I ever had any questions, the owner himself responded immediately and was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this business for any landscaping needs. I’m only stopping service now because I’m moving into an apartment.

I have used Meier's for about the last 6 months. They are wonderful! They always show up when they say they will, and they do an immaculate job! I have a lot of holly bushes in the front yard, and they keep them trimmed and looking great. My yard always looks so beautiful when they are done. I highly recommend them!

He recommended Meier's to me when my weeds and invasive grass were getting out of my control. We have used them for about five years with excellent results. They showed up when they were supposed, my yard started looking better, and they were always pleasant to speak with. Professional company. I paid them to make my yard look better and they did with no muss, no fuss. Two thumbs up.

I have used this company for a few years now and they have always provided excellent service. On time, courteous and professional. They recently completed my outdoor living project. The owner had some fabulous ideas and helped pull together exactly what I was looking for. I could not be happier with the results! They do beautiful work!

I don't generally like to leave negative reviews without specifics, so here goes...When they first started servicing our lawn they did a really great job. Over the last 2 years we have watched their service level fall to a unacceptable level. We contacted the owner several times and over the last few months have been giving him specific details on what was not being done that was part of the contracted rate and was showing up on our bill. He mostly just ignores our calls and texts. Yesterday his response was ... we will cancel your contract. Yep, not a phone call, not a come and see what we were talking about...nothing other than "we will cancel your contract." I guess that saved me the time and anguish over having to fire them. What it does tell us that he has lost interest in his company and customers. His crews do not show up as they promised and are nothing more than blow and go. They charge for things that they did not do and when you ask about it, you are ignored and then your contract is cancelled. They have actually destroyed several ground covers and cut the lawn so close it now has bare spots where there is no leaves left on the St. Augustine. A leaf rake was used to rake our flower beds that have ground cover in them and there are no leaves left on it...only stalks. They said they applied pre-emergent to our lawn , but I was present at the time of service and they never did anything other than blow leaves (and all the mulch I had put in the flower beds/tree rings) out of the yard, no one sprayed or spread anything on the yard. It is a shame to see this happen to this company over the last year, but just shows why there are so many new lawn companies popping up all the time.

We've had Premier for more than a year now. We chose the Clean Lawn Program where they come year round for mowing, fertilize, flower bed cleaning and maintenance and bi-weekly winter service leaf removal. It's the best value of anything we pay for. The team always leaves the yard looking amazing and they always show up on the day they are supposed to. It's been like clockwork for the past year. I like that you can set up auto-pay each month and you receive an emailed invoice. This service saves me hours of my life each week that I can reinvest with my family.

Premier Landscape has been our goto landscaper for 8 years. They take care of our total yard maintenance, including irrigation and landscaping repairs. Over the years they have completed several projects for us, including stone enclosure for your front beds and landscaping additions to our backyard. Most recently they laid sod, installed new irrigation and landscaping around our pool, as well as built a new wrought iron fence damaged by Texas weather. They are dependable, professional and responsive.

TERRIBLE experience! Tim came to my home to size a landscaping job (new raised bed with stone border, new tree plus planting, rework of existing beds, fountain installation, irrigation), and he gave me a verbal bid. I accepted the bid and told him I wanted to use him, and was expecting the fountain that was on order in a few weeks. It was important that I had a landscaper lined up to move the fountain to the backyard when it arrived, so I gave him the estimated arrival date. I also asked if I could pick out my tree from the grower with him, and he agreed. A couple weeks before the fountain was to arrive, I texted Tim to suggest that he could do the work in stages, go ahead and plant the tree etc. and not wait on the fountain if that worked better, but he declined saying that he would have to charge more for that. I asked when we could go to the grower. He did not respond. I also had never gotten a written estimate for the $4000+ worth of work, so I texted again a week before fountain arrival to confirm when he could come for the fountain and landscape, and again asked if we could go see the grower over the weekend, and finally asked if he could please send me the estimate he had reviewed with me in person. His curt reply just said that he would “have to pass”. More jobs had come in and they were booked for the next several weeks. WHAT? He had previously said he would do the work and I was counting on him. I told him I did not understand, that he previously said he would come (And I was clear on the timeframe! I had provided several weeks notice, and we had talked about specific trees and plants and stone). He did not reply. No explanation, no apology. Just left me high and dry. I would NEVER do business with someone who treats their customers like that. He broke a verbal contract, even knowing how important the timing of moving that fountain was. I was baffled as to why he was responsive one week and the next just refused to reply except to tell me he would not be taking the job. He left me in tears, scurrying to find someone who could move a $1300 fountain so it would not have to be left in the street!!!! I have strong words for people like that, but I am too polite to use them. Just stay away from this company unless you are okay with them bailing on you at the last minute without so much as an explanation!

I’ve used Premier for probably 7-8 years. The owner is great at landscaping. I’m not the easiest of customer in that realm as I don’t like ordinary...and we’ve come up with great plans. His crew mowed our lawn for years and did a great job. If there were ever any issues they were addressed quickly.
