Tim and the guys did an amazing job! Tim was super friendly and had lots of great ideas about the landscaping. They were able to rework our garden irrigation system super fast when we all decided that it needed an upgrade as well. We are delighted with the results and have compliments from neighbors already coming in!

Tim Chapman and his team at Premier Lawnscapes were wonderful. We contacted them to help us create zero scape / desert theme landscaping. Tim helped us bring our vision to life. He provided a fair estimate up front and then worked with us throughout the process to stay in budget. The team was professional, the job was completed in a timely manner, but with fantastic attention to detail and everyone was great about cleaning up the job site. We will definitely be contacting Tim and his team again in the future and highly recommend them to others looking for help with their landscaping projects.

We worked with Tim at Premier Lawnscapes of Texas to update our landscaping as well as add custom garden beds and an outdoor kitchen. Tim listened to our short and long term goals for our home and came up with a great plan that his team executed impeccably. In the front of our home, Tim replaced dead trees and bushes with healthy ones that complement the style of our home. He also trimmed trees in our front yard to give them a better shape and promote better long term growth. He added stone borders to our landscaping and tree beds. We really appreciated his understanding of design and how to make all the different elements work together for a cohesive look. We really couldn't have achieved that without his expertise.

Tim also made improvements to the landscaping in the back of our home as well as worked with us to design and install custom garden beds and an outdoor kitchen. Again, he worked with us to choose stone that would complement our home and advised on scale of the kitchen. The mason work is a work of art - it is incredibly beautiful and makes me happy every time I see it. Tim worked with our existing irrigation system to integrate irrigation to the garden beds so I can program the beds to be watered as needed.

This was a big project for us and we had very high standards...Tim's standards were even higher. Tim, thank you for understanding the big picture of what we wanted for our home and making sure every detail was perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend Premier Lawnscapes and know we will be working with Tim again in the future.

Tim and his crew were amazing to work with. He consulted with me to make sure my ideas wouldn’t get myself into trouble, and any changes we needed to make were fair, clear, and timely. The work product itself was even more awesome than the transaction/relationship experience!

The guys worked on installing over 3000 pavers in a herringbone pattern and it looks incredible. Retaining wall, grass down, and fixing all my sprinklers, glad I found Tim and his team!

PS the crew was also super nice, kept the work area clean, and were very professional. Highly recommend especially for stone and concrete work!

I recently had Premier Landscapes do my backyard. Tim and crew were fantastic to work with on every level. The bid was accurate, they were timely, and the design was perfect for what I was looking for with this project. In the midst of the project my Dad passed away and Tim kept the project going and I came home to a new backyard that my Dad would have loved. I would have given them 10 stars if I could and I look forward to using them on my front yard! I highly recommend their services!!

I called Premier and 2 other companies to get a quote for a job that I need done at a house I lease. I do not live in the area, so all I could do was a phone call to go over what work was needed. Right away, Tim was very responsive and took the time to go by the house. He gave me a quote quickly, and he ended up going to the house a few more times to make sure we were both on the same page. He sent photos and was very descriptive of what the job would require. He even sent pictures of the materials he planned on using. I had an issue with water errosion, so i needed the work to hold up to heavy rains. The job was finished on time and the work was completely satisfactory and was beautiful. The night the job was finished, we had a good down poor. Tim took the time to drive by the house again and video how everything held up overnight. I did not ask that of him and shows the character of this company. Its nice to know Tim is someone that cares about the quality of work he is doing for his clients, I was surprised. Tim and his guys went above and beyond with customer service. That's hard to find these days. Thank you, Tim, for making this an enjoyable experience. I will use your company for work I already have planned in the future.

We are so happy with Premier Lawnscapes of Texas. They do such an excellent Job. We have used them for years. Tim Chapman the owner is the nicest ,outgoing, and friendliest guy that you will ever meet. He is also very knowledgeable on the plants and trees.. They also did a concrete walkway in our backyard that we are so pleased with the workmanship. There pricing is also very reasonable. They keep our lawn looking amazing. I been through many bad lawn companies in the past. This company is a for sure keeper. I would highly recommend this company to any one.

Tim and his crew did an excellent job installing a French drain and new St Augustine grass in my backyard. Putting river rock at our entrance and the side yard. Installed a cedar privacy gate. In the front flowerbed they planted boxwoods and a miniature crepe Myrtle. It all looks great! Can’t wait for spring when they plant rose bushes and seasonal flowers!! Highly recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience with Premier Lawnscapes! Tim Chapman was incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive. He even drove over an hour out of his way just to clarify all our questions before the project started.
Tim also checked in with us regularly as the project progressed to ensure we were satisfied with everything. We had landscaping done to fix major drainage issues, build retaining walls, trim trees, lay sod, and make the yard look neat and clean. They did a beautiful job, and we are very pleased with the final result. We highly recommend their services!

I contacted Premier about a project to transform my front landscaping to something that complemented my home while allowing for low maintenance. Tim was highly responsive, captured my desires and provided some expert opinions. When the time came to implement the design, they finished the job in one day through intermittent rain. I will likely be consulting Premier for future home improvement projects and would strongly recommend them.

If you need to have landscaping work done, do yourself a big favor and get a bid from Premier Lawnscape. You will be glad you did. They are very competitively priced and they do an outstanding job from start to finish. They excel at selecting the “right” plants/trees/bushes for your specific landscape needs. They pay close attention to details and clean up everything so that all you have to do is feel glad that you chose them to do the work. Most importantly, they don’t say they are finished until you say you are completely satisfied. You can count on being completely satisfied for sure.

I am so impressed with this company and with the employees and owner. They arrived when they said they were going to. They worked diligently all day and they created a work of art. Our small outdoor kitchen looks perfect. They even accommodated a special request for refrigerated drawers. The owner, Tim,!is really hands on. He checked on the work daily and helped if needed. I would definitely use this company again. They left my home perfectly clean and ready to entertain. I can’t say enough great things about them.

We recently contracted Tim Chapman and Premier Lawnscapes of Texas to do some landscaping at our home. Tim and all of his crew were great and did everything we had asked and more. Tim came out and listened to our request and put a plan together to make it happen. His crew came out and removed the old existing outdated landscaping and installed new trees, shrubs, flowers, stone edging, irrigation system and lighting.
