Mr. Neek is very thorough with his inspection and maintenance of both furnaces and A/C units. He made me aware that my filters were dirty. I told him I have purchased filters for each furnace and gladly replaced them for me. He is respectful and well spoken to my family. He will be my new go to person for my furnace and A/C.

John is always available and quick. Very informative on work that needs to be done, and has very reasonable prices. If you need help with HVAC, can’t recommend John and his company more.

Please don’t waste your money by going with a bigger company. John is one honest dude. I misunderstood him and thought the job was more expensive than it actually was. When I told him to go ahead with the work and confirmed with him the cost, he corrected me and told me it was a lot cheaper. He could have taken the money and I wouldn’t have known. I appreciated his honesty. But on top of that, he worked quickly, efficiently, and even gave me the whole run down of why I was having these issues and how to avoid these issues in the future. John is great. He is flexible and take his time. I had multiple issues with my cooling system and air conditioning, his help and reasonable fee was much appreciated .

The one thing we all want in service professionals who come into our home is honesty and transparency, which John is! He will diagnose the issue and never even consider adding unnecessary repairs/charges. Before a friend introduced me to John, I had called a “major brand” company (BB). They tried to add unneeded repairs that would have been well over DOUBLE what John charged and the units are now cooling perfectly. I can not recommend Air Control any higher!

Another great experience with John Neek and Air Control Air Conditioning! I called him on Saturday morning because our downstairs A/C stopped working. He was at my house in less than 15 minutes!!! I assume he was nearby but still- completely unexpected! Diagnosed the problem and returned the next day (less than 24 hours later!) and installed a new motor and capacitor and we were back to cool air! He replaced our upstairs A/C unit about 5 years prior. Highly recommend. Honest and kind gentleman!

John has gone out of his way to help fix my 3 AC units when they were old and showed me how to take care and clean the old units. I have since replaced all 3 units with better and more efficient units for a fair price with John. He is knowledgeable and extremely trustworthy. I have now used his service for over 15 years and would recommend him to anyone.

John was very professional and efficient. We called in the morning for a service on our unit that was not blowing cold air in this texas heat. He was able to come in the same day and fixed our issue in less than 30 minutes. He did not try to up-sell us on anything and gave us incredible pricing. John is fabulous! Our air conditioner broke right when the really hot weather began this year. I had had bad luck with some other HVAC places in town so I went to Nextdoor to ask for recommendations. I am so glad that my neighbors sent me to John Neek! He found a way to fit us in even though he was leaving on vacation the next day! He explained to me exactly what was going on and why. He even came in and told me many thing that we could do ourselves to help maintain the unit better! He and his helper were great and his prices are very reasonable. I cannot recommend John enough if you are having AC problems. Earlier this summer we returned home from a trip to find our AC broken. John came out in a timely manner and fixed it. He was kind, professional and fixed it at a fair price. You don’t have to worry about any up charges or small fees being tacked on. He also spent time walking me through some things I can do to service my AC unit to make it last longer. He’s a good, honest man that will do a great job.
