Tre braved the frozen roads to make it to my home to service the heater that had stopped running during the winter storm. He got the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly, then thoroughly discussed my options as far as preventative maintenance. Tre was informative and helpful!

Thomas was great! Thank you. He analyzed a problem but no repair due to my situation and age of unit, so not sure how to answer the survey questions. Thomas has worked on my AC recently as well and did fantastic. All the units are nearing the end and I will have to replace them.

Thomas was fantastic. We had a fairly minor issue we needed addressed in a short amount of time, and he did a great job walking us through our options and took care of it. He was extremely personable and professional, and we would recommend him to anyone needing their services.

Came back from a two week trip from Brazil and one of the HVAC units in my townhome wasn’t working. I called 8am on Saturday and received an appointment promptly to which Eddie responded. He was extremely professional and personable in his call to duty and was able to trace down the problem to a faulty zone board causing the issue. He was very good at explaining his findings and showing why the issue was occurring. He was also able to rewire the board to move the faulty zone to a functioning zone to provide us A/C until the board could be replaced at a later date! Very great service, would highly recommend!

So had a follow up issue with my heater not providing heat to my master bedroom. I reached back out to CW service pros and they immediately sent out Thomas Rivera out to check on the new issue. Upon some quick troubleshooting, we discovered a faulty DAT sensor causing the issue. Again, the pros at CW came through when we needed them!

Tre and Rigo performed my spring service. They were methodical and flagged a few issues that I also needed to take care of. Great experience working with them

Tre did a great job. My dryer vent was super clogged and he took the time to get it fully cleaned out. Highly recommend!

Extremely pleased with the HVAC service from CW Service Pros. Tre, the Technician, was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer every question, offered viable solutions and I was so impressed by his level of commitment to provide high level customer service. Tre was not able to complete the service on my HVAC unit because of an electrical issue. What did he do? He went far beyond my expectation and uncovered the issue the electric company I had been working with did not consider. I am relieved! Tre's exceptional service and genuine care have made me extremely happy I chose CW for service on my unit. When I get the electrical issue resolved I will definitely be calling CW to finish the job! 10/2025 - We had been impressed with CW Pros, so we booked them for a duct work replacement project. We were blown away by how great they were once again. Eddie and Ulysses were excellent and worked late into the night to ensure the house was comfortable as soon as possible for us. They were very friendly, respectful, and professional. The quality of the work was great, but the team really sets CW Pros a part.

Eddie, G, Bryon and Ulysses were absolutely amazing. They were professional, personable and extremely capable at what they did at my home. They also were very dedicated to their quality of work and assured the least disruption to our home. They kept us informed at every step and thoroughly answered any questions we may have had. They also were very happy doing what they did, the comaraderie between the four of them was very evident and was assuring. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. These four are great ambassadors for your business!

Gurjit the salesperson was professional and friendly, but the quote we received for HVAC/duct cleaning was aggressively upsold with a huge bundled package and optional maintenance memberships — much more than I actually needed for cleaning air ducts after renovation dust. They focused a lot on extras like blower wheel removal, coil spray, and long-term maintenance plans rather than the basic service I asked about, and the price ended up being several times higher than reasonable. I’d recommend getting multiple quotes and clear flat-rate pricing before committing to avoid overselling.

Gurjit. Was very professional and helpful, he walk me through what we needed and why it was needed. This is the second time I’ve worked with him and would request him every time he’s available.
Edit: Ulysses and Eddie, did a great job doing the gold package HVAC cleaning. Also very professional and cleaned all the debris that was on the floor.

CW Service Pros are who we used for all our needs for our home! They are fantastic at what they do! They re did our homes plumbing last year and all our pipes survived the winter storm. We needed some help with our furnace and Tre came out to check it out and gave us great information and we are working to fix all our ongoing issues with great prices!

Byron, Ulysses and G did our hvac cleaning and service today and our heater is working better than ever. Thank you CW and crew for taking care of our home!

Both came to our home to look at our hvac system. They were well experienced and knowledgeable about our system. They explained us everything about our hvac and gave us suggestions regarding maintenance and clean up. We did sign up for yearly maintenance program with them. Will refer them to our friends also.
