Home warranty company sent over Company A who said there was no issue and when we said the issue still existed, they said they would come back but never showed and then told us we missed the appt. Asked the warranty company to send us someone new asap and Dustin has been great. Diagnosed the issue and fixed! Definitely recommend him and his company for your HVAC needs.

Dusty was excellent to work with . Very knowledgeable and timely . Always helped out for the best interest of the project . I would absolutely recommend having him on any project and would definitely work with him again .

I just moved in to a new house and the AC started acting up on my first night so I used Brownstone through my home warranty- and I am so fortunate my Home Warranty uses BROWNSTONE. Travis came out and he went above and beyond the standard of customer service. He called me and told me what was wrong with it and took pictures that he sent to me to confirm the problems with the compressor that was clogged and the cost of cleaning it before doing any work. After he was done he came in and reset all my thermostat settings exactly how I wanted it. THANK YOU TRAVIS YOU ARE A TRUE PROFESSIONAL! ASK FOR TRAVIS YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!!!

Nice service. Prompt responses. Gurjit came out for a preliminary HVAC health check and quote. Very knowledgeable and did a great job which kind of service is needed and why.

Tre came to our house to do a checkup of our heating system. He was thorough, careful and efficient. He spent significant time checking not only the system but also every vent and air filters.

At the end of the visit, the diagnosis and follow-ups were explained clearly in layman terms.

Eddie & Ulysses were amazing! They kept me updated on every step of the process and showed me before and after pics. They finished right at the time promised. They were both very friendly and professional!

Byron,Gurjit,Eddie,Trey and Ulysses did a heating maintenance check. They were extremely thorough and pointed out dust and bacteria in my ductwork which will get serviced. I’ve never had such a thorough heating check up and I’m very pleased.

Gurjit and Uly did a thorough and professional job…we did a dryer duct that had two 90 degree turns and they worked over and over until they were successful. Nice guys and worked well together!

Great, friendly & accommodating staff. Being able to communicate via text was a great option & knowing who & what my Technician, Thomas Rivera, looked like before he showed up was a nice touch. Thomas was professional & honest explaining why a part of the cleaning could not be done, aligning with another HVAC company’s communication last year for winter maintenance.
