Very satisfied with AC service/repair received from C&W. I was and had been having AC cooling issues. C&W diagnosed the issue and was very upfront with choices and the cost for each. Once I had chosen what I wanted done Eddie and his helper got the issue fixed. They were very thorough and didn't stop until everything was right which I really appreciated. I asked some questions along the way and they were very gracious and knowledgeable with answers. It's been a few days and everything is working great and I feel confident now that my AC will be good for awhile.

The initial operator was very knowledgeable and scheduled us immediately. The dispatch team called us soon after to confirm our availability, because someone nearby became available more quickly than expected.

Once confirming we’d be available, we got a photo of who to expect, and when to expect him.

Upon Gurjit’s right-on-time arrival, our issue was identified quickly and was WELL documented. He provided videos showing the entire process so if the issue persisted we’d know what to do. He then gave an honest and professional recommendation, and provided different alternatives, unprompted.

No upsells and no extra charges. Just transparent and friendly services from clear professionals. As a business owner, I was certainly impressed. Highly recommended!

Got to love this company. They are always on time in getting technician dispatched. I just love Thomas Rivera because he is cordial and expert at trouble shooting HVAC issues. He diagnosed my heating issue in no time and best of all service charge is covered under the maintenance plan.

Tre is an upstanding young man, clean cut and honest. It was a pleasure hosting him in my home to look at the hvac system. He provided quotes for me and did not pressure me into anything I am not ready to do. I truly am hoping to work with him in the future, as it is my son's home and he will have to make these decisions.

This was a free consultation, so I didn't pay anything, absolutely, worthwhile and information needed to get things up to date.

Gurjit did a great job replacing a very old blower motor and fan blade that was tearing itself apart after the bearings failed. I have an old system that is in otherwise very good condition and had no desire or reason to replace the whole system. When I told him that he understood and fixed what was broken without harassing me to purchase a $20k plus new system which does happen with other companies! He’s a nice guy and I’ve had great service from CW for years in plumbing problems.

I’d give 10 stars if that was an option! Tre delivers superb customer service, which is what I have received from CW since day one. I found this company through great reviews and I am so happy I get to leave one today. The team has worked miracles to make sure my daughters and I have a working unit before this Texas heat gets us. Great company! HVAC tech, Tre was very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and went above and beyond to help me with financing. Extremely caring and compassionate! Even helped my 90 year old mom with her wheelchair when he noticed she was struggling . I’ve had them out several times for different issues and will continue to use them whenever needed!
