Our AC was not working well on the lower level of our house. Jeff first came out on a Thursday to recharge the refrigerant and said something else is going on. Danny came out the next day, went in the attic and found the broken part. He had to go to a supplier to pick up the part and installed it on Saturday.. Took a total of 3 visits between Jeff and Danny but the service was exceptional and we have a cool house with summer upon us. Would definitely recommend this company . Great service!

I called Lake City to come out and service my AC unit. They set up an appointment the next day, were on time and even did a couple of extras. Really appreciated the service! Five Stars!

My HVAC quit working and I called Lake Cities to come over to diagnose the problem. They worked with me to schedule an agreeable appointment and they texted me when they were headed my way. They quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it and even made a few improvements that were needed. Billing was easy and I am completely satisfied with them! Appreciate the customer service!

This is a local company not a chain. I was able to get a same day appointment and all work was completed during the visit. The technicians were on time, friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. We were asked if we were completely satisfied before leaving.

I have used Lake Cities Air Conditioning for 10+ years and they truly went above and beyond today. We are in the process of building a new home and had them out to confirm that placement of our vents and returns. They accommodated my schedule, called the same day to confirm the appointment and even showed up early. They are a family owned, honest, local business that I will continue to trust for all my heating and cooling needs.

Danny came for a second opinion. He explained to me what he would do, he came when he said he would come, communication was great. My problem has been fixed and the pricing was competitive compared to the other quote i had. Everything was simple, the way it should be. I ll use Lake City Services again in the future without a doubt.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with an A/C service company. Everyone communicated and arrived when they said they would. And price is hard to beat!
I have a newer A/C unit that was causing me issues and I wanted a second opinion. Danny spotted a couple of issues and made the fixes quickly. He was even patient enough to explain everything that he found and fixed. Will definitely be scheduling my regular spring and fall services with them!

Our thermostat had gone out due to a tripped fuse without our knowledge. After resetting the fuse, the Nest that was in our home when we bought it would not start up. Tried a new thermostat with no better results. Being a bit of a handy guy, I troubleshot the system to the range of my knowledge, but still no thermostat.

Upon purchasing a new float switch at AACA Supply, Lake City (among others) was recommended to me by the salesman. I called, they happened to have an opening within a couple hours. Great!!

Danny showed up, too a look around, made a few electrical tests and traced the issue to a shorted with at the outside condenser unit. Well, that was above my pay grade, and yaahooo!

Not only was he quick with the solution, he was very polite, professional, and informative. He picked up throughout the job, made little adjustments, replacements, etc, that could easily be left up to the homeowner, and extremely thorough overall.

I'll recommend Lake City to everyone I know!!!

Highly recommend. We've been using Lake City Service for our HVAC systems for 5 years. They've replaced parts and repaired leaks in 2 units installed in 1997 a few times for us and kept them running! And they've replaced one of the old units that finally failed. They're always on time and professional.

Update: We’ve now been using Lake City Service for 8 years and they’re still just a dependable.

Our AC unit upstairs stopped working and we did many things to try and find the problem and couldn’t fix it. We called another company first and they didn’t troubleshoot, just wanted us to buy a new unit. That’s when we remembered hearing great things about Lake City Service Company. We decided to give them a call to get a second opinion. From the initial phone call to schedule service, to the guys that came out, everyone was friendly and professional. It actually felt like a trusted family member or friend was at our home working on the unit. They were friendly to our kids as they were working on the unit outside and in the attic. They actually did troubleshooting to find the problem, unlike the first company that came out. They found the problem and fixed it quickly. They didn’t try to upsell us or charge us for things we didn’t need. Actually, the cost was extremely reasonable and affordable. Everyone should us Lake City Service Company. We definitely will only be using Lake City Service Company from now on. Thank y’all so much for getting our house cooling again!

My AC was not working consistently. They arrived quickly, discovered the problem and replaced the malfunctioning components. I have always appreciated their professionalism, courtesy, and sincerity.

Had an issue with my outside unit. Called in the morning and the problem was fixed in the afternoon. This company and all its people are the absolute best. Could not be more pleased

Pre-paid maintenance on system. Once again, dealing with the employees of this firm is more like dealing with friends. They exhibit a genuine and easy manner in all their contacts with me, not to mention their obvious skill at their profession. Always a pleasure to deal with Lake City.

I wish I had found this company sooner. They responded quickly, communicated well, showed up on time and did a great job finding and repairing the issue with my AC. Plus I feel they were honest and didn't over charge for services. I'm really pleased and will use them for my future AC and heater needs.

I needed to have dampers installed and they responded quickly. They installed and explained how I can adjust later when I need. From the scheduling to the end, everything was smooth and they were very kind. And the price was reasonable. Now I found a HVAC contractor who I can rely on.

Great family business that I have used for years. The father use to do my repairs until he retired, now his son does my repairs. They have always provided great service for us, and its nice to keep doing business with good old school honest folks! That is so valued to us, especially now-a-days.

Great service and a job done quickly! Danny was professional and extremely knowledgeable without high pressure sales. We ended up buying a new air conditioning unit and he explained everything and had it installed by the next week. He helped my old air conditioner keep us nice and cool until he was able to come out and replace it. He quickly found the leak that another company could not find! Would highly recommend!

I had him out to service all 3 units and fix our main unit downstairs. It turned out that it needed a new compressor. Danny picked up a new compressor as soon as the parts place opened and had us back uo and running.
