Danny and Kyle were a pleasure to work with. Extremely knowledgeable trustworthy and thorough. We were recommended to them from a friend and I can see why. I would 100% call them again if I ever need anything!

The service was great. They were thorough, polite, and explained everything clearly. So far, I've enjoyed working with them. The work isn't done, but I'm sure it will be done well. Parts have to be acquired.

This company understands customer service. They will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I find their ethics and integrity to be unmatched. I recommend their services to other people without hesitation.

Quickly diagnosed a problem on unit for bedrooms. Unfortunately part was not available at any supply house. Had to wait for manufacturer to ship. They came back and replaced the part. A/C works great now. Signed up for maintenance agreement on both units as well.

Lake City is amazing! We are remodeling & needed to move 2 thermostats today so tape, bed & texture could finish up. Called them at 8am & left a message. They got back to me in minutes & Danny was here at 11:00. He sent a text when he headed our way with his picture. He did great work & was very friendly. So impressed I inquired about a service contract. We will sign up for that as well. Can’t say enough about them. First time using them & they were fabulous!!

They repaired our hvac coil leak. Called them to schedule and very responsive to accommodate our request. Found issues due to bad weld by previous installer and fixed the leak. Efficient job

Everyone we spoke to at Lake City was professional and responsive. They called back when they said they were going to, and showed up on time. We had them install a mini split system in the garage, and they did an excellent job. Everything was very neatly done, they left no mess, and actually took some extra steps to make sure the unit wouldn't create any outdoor mess with condensation. I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC service!
