Jake was very professional and helpful! He was able to fix the heater the same day. After diagnostic testing he drove to pick up the part he needed. Returned with it and replaced it in less than 30 minutes. Very efficient! We are so glad to have our heater running again!

Frank and Gabe did an amazing job fixing a leak under my toilet. They arrived when they said they would, they were professional, and answered all my questions. The repair was done quickly and neatly. Devo came out today to provide our heating service annual check up. He was very thorough with his inspection, courteous and took great care in explaining the health of our system and his recommendations. He recommended a compressor saver for each of our units. He also noticed that one of our units the wiring for the heat strip had not been completed therefore decreasing the efficiency of the unit when these are needed. We really appreciate his attention to details!

AJ has been my go to company for a few years. He always has my best interest at heart. I needed him today and was over straight away and had me up and running in less than an hour. But more than that he has been nursing my 2nd unit that is over 20 years old to keep it working. i know i need a new unit for that one but he has been able to keep it functional as well as our newer 2nd unit. There will be a time i will need to replace that older one but AJ has done an amazing job keeping us cool as well as warm during the cold months. Great Guy Great company I am lucky to be a client.

Great company. The appointment set up was easy. I received a text reminder the day before and a call when they were on the way. They came in the time frame that was stated. I replaced my ac/heating unit. AJ was great. He gave me several quotes via email and answered all my questions. He is such a great guy. May 2023: AJ stopped by on his way home after business hours to do a second opinion and attempt repair of our old unit. Our previously trusted AC repair company told us we needed some outrageous repairs so my wife made the right move in my absence (I was on a work trip) and called another well reviewed company (AJ at Bear Air). He was very respectful and polite and my wife repeatedly said how straight forward he was. He fixed the issue and stated the truth that our 20 year old unit was on its last leg (understandable). He also stated that the other company was most likely incorrect in their diagnosis of bad fan motor cause they couldn’t even start the fan motor as it couldn’t start due to another bad part (capacitor or something along those lines). From then he earned our trust!

Fast forward to September 2023: we knew we would use AJ and his guys for a proactive replacement, he stated when prices usually were more affordable due to lower labor costs (when it cools down). So that’s why we picked September. His crew came in laid protective coverings on floor, they always wore protective booties during other inspections prior to install day, cleaned up after, were honest in the sales and choosing what we needed/wanted versus cost. AJ never once tried to push extra unneeded services and gave us exactly what we needed. He never hesitated to answer questions before getting paid for the new unit.

Services he provided that have made the biggest difference in comfort:
-return air duct from our master bedroom
-fixed improper ductwork splits from unit to bedroom and bathroom
-new thermostat, also gave proper instruction on setting it up
-install and remove attic furnace/blower
-outside ac unit
-gave us 2 free upgraded bedroom vents that flow more air

I cannot stress enough how great this business is! I highly recommend using Bear Air for unfortunately what is usually an expensive repair/replacement/investment.
