Jason did an amazing job! He came out and immediately did tests other outfits just didnt do. He was very knowledgeable, honest and friendly and went the extra mile after the extra mile to make sure my new system was setup properly and that I was happy. With all the options out there its hard to know who to trust but take it from someone who never does reviews, I highly recommend them!

My A/C went out on the last streak of 100+ degree days this summer. On Saturday night I messaged Cold Factor and they were on the phone with me within an hour, talking through solutions. Though I tried to go down the warranty route, they were patient with me. I ended up having Jason come out and he determined my system was dead (after 23 good years).

Throughout the sale process, Jason acted more like an advocate than a salesman and was patient with me as I digested all the information and expenses tied to a new system. The education process took some time, during which he recommended I get a portable system (from Home Depot) so I didn’t have to make a decision too hastily. I loved that he didnt push me into a decision.

Once I made the decision, the team was out here within a few days and got it installed. The owner, Cory, personally came to the house at install and also a day or two later to make an adjustment.

Jason, my original tech, just left my house after doing a quality check on the system after a week of install and the entire process was as painless as it could be.

I also had an A/C friend in another state double check the quote I got and he said it was a great deal that Cold Factor had put in their proposal.

Good price, high expertise, experienced techs and customer focused throughout the process. Definitely recommend!

Had a great experience with Cory. He came over and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and explained everything he found and what he was going to do. He fixed the problem and didn't leave until he was sure the unit came online and was working properly. He was a gentleman the whole time and did a superb job.

Called ColdFactor to look at my heater which wasn't staying on. The technician was quick to arrive and answered all my questions. The heating repair was a simple one but left me with no heat just the same and being at the mercy of whoever shows up, I'm fortunate that I chose a honest company. AC went out on a Saturday night. Cold Factor was the only company to take my call and come out Sunday afternoon. Jason came and fixed my ac so we could have central air until the parts came in to fix it permanently. Cold Factor did a great job in price, service and communication.

July 20,2025 update. Our 10 year old ac stopped working, again, last night, about 6pm. Cold Factor had a technical to us the next day at 12 noon. Tye technician, Matthew, was right on time and got us back up and running in no time.

Initially started off rocky because some miscommunication between the crew but they corrected it and now the airflow in our house is amazing and the system seems to be running more efficiently. Appreciate the owner and team working together to make sure their customers get great service.

I hate having to deal with HVAC problems. Our upstairs unit went out earlier this week and we have family coming in. Cory and his team over at Cold Factor did a great job getting us set up. The setup team worked efficiently, respectfully, and cleanly in our house. Jeisson and the other tech helped us get the app set up and function checked the new system. Everything was done to perfection. I do have to say that the owner Cory seems honest and trustworthy, and his employees spoke very highly of him. That is a rare commodity in today’s world.
