AJ and his crew were top notch. Showed up on time, no hidden costs added, very professional and courteous. AJ did a great job of explaining all the pros and cons of the systems I had been presented from others, and in the end he didn't oversell me on a systems that would have been overkill in my house. Their recommendations of improvement in duct/return work has my upstairs feeling better than it ever has.

AJ does a great job and explains everything clearly. He's taken care of our heating/air conditioning for many years, and before him, his dad. We have a good working relationship. This latest service call was from Eliazar, who did a great job quickly and professionally.

Our AC went out in the middle of the Texas heat and AJ was quick to respond. Turns out we needed to replace our unit and he had it done quickly. Our furnace also needed to be replaced and he worked with our roofing contractor to make sure everything was installed properly for the new furnace. Can't recommend him enough!!

Always great service! AC was not working. Was quick to arrive and have our AC up and running like normal within 10 minutes.

One thing that separates AJ from others. He will always answer his phone. I had a system shut down on a Saturday morning and he was at my home two hours later trouble shooting. Great service. AJ has replaced two of my dated HVAC units. This was my third tranasction with him and it was as good this time as the first two.

Great small family owned and ran company. We were using a local Flower Mound small company, Christmas, but not happy with them anymore. Come to find you they sold to a big consolidation group, Barts. Aj and his father have been in FloMo since 2002 and still run as a "Mom n Pop" business. Great company. Sorry we didn't use them sooner.

I have been using Bear exclusively for a long time (~17+ years). They are honest, very responsive and do quality work. When I reach out to them I get immediate responses and am scheduled very timely. I have never had a single issue with them as long as I have been using them. My units have never had major problems other than the normal wear and tear and age replacements of units. They use Bryant products which have been pretty high quality in my experience.

I have used Bear Air Service since moving here in 2015. AJ has been informative about my heating and cooling system. I recommend using Bear Air!

Alex and everyone I've dealt with at Bear Air Services are great to work with. They are up front, helpful, understanding of the value of your time, and do great work on site and give even better feedback about my unit. I don't just get a "everything looks good" but also more details about what they did and how they think my unit is working. Definitely will continue to use their services.

Been using Bear since I bought my house in 2014. I had them completely replace my system before moving in since it was original to the house (circa 1996). I have their annual maintenance plan and my equipment is still in great shape. They just replaced a part still under warranty saving me $300. I think they're great! Highly recommend!
