Excellent work, premium service. Called on a Saturday morning with no cold air coming out of the vents. Turns out there was a leak in the coolant line. Within hours the cold air was flowing again thanks to Cory and the Cold Factor team. It’s not often you see a technician show up with a welder in his truck (which was necessary for the repair) but that’s exactly what happened and it cut hours off the time to repair. Great job Cold Factor team and I will certainly be calling again.

I highly recommend this company. After a week of the run-around with Choice Home Warranty and their contractor, and a hot house, I called Cold Factor on Friday at 4:30 p.m. They not only answered the phone but made an appointment for me right then. They showed up at 5:30 p.m. and confirmed the previous diagnosis from before and gave me the same news of a replacement. They offered a few different options and I did some checking and their pricing was right in line with everyone. Even a little on the lower side. They rearranged some things and were able to show up on the next (Saturday) morning to remove and install my new system. I had a new AC system installed and cool air by 3 p.m. Cory was extremely professional and kind and genuinely wanted to help me. I am so happy now because my college kids who are only home for a month will now stay here again!

I can’t say enough good things about Cold Factor Air! They have been a God-send to our family! My daughter and I struggle with chronic allergies and were recently made aware that our home has too much humidity. We’ve had numerous other air companies out and no other company has figured out that the humidity is too high in our home. Jason knew instantly upon arrival what the problem was and worked quickly and tirelessly to help mitigate the situation. They are continuing to monitor the situation and Jason said that he won’t rest until the problem is completely fixed. In an age where customer service is all but dead, Cold Factor Air completely stands above the rest! Our family is very grateful for their help. I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough about Cold Factor. Because of an unexpected
scheduling problem on my part, they were able to reschedule my
install date for the very next day! The crew - Francisco, Uriel,
Benjamin, and Fabian - arrived on time and did a great job
installing my new American Standard HVAC system, replacing
the supply lines, and replacing the wiring system. This is a class
operation from top to bottom. I would recommend them to anyone.

On a Friday afternoon, I was desperate to get my air conditioning fixed and other companies were not able to come until Sunday. When I called cold factor heating & air conditioning they were able to squeeze me in that afternoon! Jason(tech) was able to fix the air conditioning quickly and efficiently. He was very professional, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend him and the company to anyone that has issues with their heating and air conditioning.

I can’t rave enough about my experience with Cory and the Cold Factor Team. We had our AC go out late on a Friday night and the team was readily available via chat to figure out the best course of action. They had a technician available to check it out but we opted for the am, they contacted first thing to schedule and coordinate. The technician came out to our house quickly, figured out the issue right away, and knew a solution. Our tech went above and beyond finding the part because so many stores were closed on a Saturday. They communicated every step of the way and exhausted every option looking, they were able to figure a solution out and fixed the AC that day. The “coolest” part: not only did they fix our AC but Cory walked me through tips/tricks for our AC units, how to make our house run better, and even walked through hidden settings on our thermostats. I can’t say enough about Cory and the Cold Factor team!

Cory was great. Identified the issue quickly and gave me pointers on what to look out for on my system. I could immediately tell he has true integrity in a service business that often is filled with the opposite. Very genuine. It was like speaking with someone I had known for years as I felt very comfortable.
