Ok I have to update this review!
Our furnace wouldn’t work so we called them.
1- They came out within 2 hours
2- Got it working in 20 minutes & explained everything
3- Honored their warranty
4- Did all this while our little girl was sleeping in the room with the thermostat!
Unbelievable, couldn’t ask for better service!

These guys did a fantastic job! They came out the next day, serviced one unit & gave us an estimate to replace a unit that wasn’t working at all. We had another company come out to compare prices. Bear had a better & larger unit for slightly less & could install sooner! Couldn’t believe a company like this exists. You have to give AJ a call!

If you are looking for OUTSTANDING customer service with honest and trustworthy work then this is the company to go with!! Our AC went out and this was the first company we called. AJ gave us his honest opinion on what could be going on and was very prompt with his responses. We told him we would get back to him just to scout around. We contacted another company and was extremely disappointed with the level of service we got. We were put on the back burner when they found out we wouldn't qualify for the 40 grand job they were trying to do. Tired of getting the run around we immediately went back to Bear and instead of having to wait a week for them to get the service done he got us taken care of the VERY NEXT DAY. He explained the entire process with us and how it would help make the flow of our AC more effective in our home. Their team was super fast and efficient and AJ was super helpful in getting this covered by our home warranty. If you are like us and very skeptical of being sold things you don't need, do not be afraid of this company. It was an absolute pleasure to work with AJ and his team and we will definitely be calling him first with any AC needs we may need in the future.

Great job servicing both my heating and air conditioning units for the past few years. I'd recommend Bear HVAC to anyone needing needing help with any of their air conditioning or heating equipment systems.

We had some really old HVAC units. Upstairs was dying. Bear Air and AJ was able to quickly quote, answer all our questions, and get a team out quickly to install two full new HVAC systems for us. Great company and service!

AJ is a straight shooter and knows his trade. We were able to discuss multiple options and choose the best path. Even though I chose the more expensive route, it was because it made the most logical long term sense, not because I felt pressured into it.

AJ and his crew were prompt in arrival quick to remove old system and install new Bryant 2 stage system. Totally had to build positioning unit for best safety and operation. Calibrated system to ensure proper function. Cleaned all areas of work and old equipment. Very happy with this crew and Company. You're missing out if you don't contact them for your HVAC needs.

Was referred to AJ and ecstatic that we were. He showed up on time and was able to diagnose the issue on our furnace quickly. He listed the options that were available and the best route to take. He was in and out in an hour. I would highly recommend him based on the price, quality of work, and his knowledge.

Great service by both Jason and Cody from Cold Factor Heating and Air Services on 8/1/2024. Very professional and yet made us feel comfortable and confident in diagnosis of the problems we were experiencing with our AC. Promptly fixing the issue and assuring us if we needed any further assistance they’d be happy to help. Great service! Definitely will use Cold Factor again!

I had an older review here about the quality service I received for some minor issues I had about a year or so ago. I can only leave one review per Google guidelines so I’m updating to reflect a recent full system install I did with Cold Factor. After an unfortunate issue, I had to replace the old system and went with a variable speed system. Install was a few hours and was without issue. Everyone was professional and it went pretty smooth. I was in contact with Jason as well as Cory most of the time and they really helped out. I had to learn a lot about the process and they made that fairly easy for me. I appreciate both of them and Taylor who helped get things arranged. Highly recommended from my side, especially after getting a much higher quote from another company. Thanks everyone! 😎
