I have never posted a review but based the success and timely response of the Cold Factor team, I felt compelled to offer our observations.
Approximately a week ago our Trane HVAC system (over 15 years old) was not cooling. I first tried a new thermostat to address the problem, but it did not resolve the issue. Next, I tried to get our current HVAC maintenance provider to schedule an appointment, but because of Western Days they could not schedule an appointment for 4 days. I secured an appointment but then started looking for alternatives.
After looking at reviews, I contacted Cold Factor, and I spoke to Cory, and he was able to adjust appointments and arrive a few hours later. He immediately started trouble shooting from the thermostat to air handling system to compressor to identify the electrical issue. He was able get the system back up for over 4 hours. Unfortunately, the system stopped cooling again later that evening. I sent a text advising him on the situation.
Early the next morning he called and let me know had to cover another client and would dispatch Joel (over 25 years of experience) to be on-site by 9am. First thing that morning Joel arrived. After chasing electrical gremlins for 4 hours, he was able to confirm the electrical issue(s).
It seems a bad circuit board on air handling unit and a faulty high-pressure switch on the compressor were causing the electrical failures. He then went to the parts house and secured the necessary items. After installing the replacements and testing the system we had success! The results are amazing; our system cools more effectively now than before.
Based on their professionalism and results we strongly recommend Cold Factor and are switching to have Cold Factor provide our annual maintenance.

We needed to replace our AC units and Triple A Heating and Air did a fantastic job. Their teams were efficient and our follow up visits for twice yearly inspections have also been great. The team members are always respectful of our property inside and out. Highly recommend.

This review is for the free plumbing inspection on Sept 2nd. David was courteous and did a visual check of the plumbing in my house. He provided an estimate for a special pump to help water in the back of the house get warm quicker. This estimate of $1,750 was more than I can currently spend.
However, he had very little knowledge of the gold and platinum services and how things would work if I chose to add plumbing to my current plan. Also, according to the text I received, this visit would include ‘a free drain line clearance and plumbing inspection’. He stated the drain line clearance would only be done if I added the service and if I needed a major drain cleaning in the future. He also did not appear to be very knowledgeable about various plumbing questions I asked him.
I am a long-time customer of Triple A Air Conditioning and have always been pleased with the services and the plan for my AC to be checked twice a year and filter changed. I will continue this plan but will not be adding plumbing to the plan at this time.

I called them late afternoon in the day when my AC had warm air out, during hot summer, they still tried their best to schedule me in on the same day. Their communication system was very up to date, immediately sent me the picture of the coming technician. The technician arrived in 30 min, worked very efficiently, he found out the issue very quickly, presented to us the solution, after he replaced the part of AC, he took the extra mile to water the AC unit to cool it down so it can perform back up. The technician is very friendly and experienced. We definitely will use them again.

I have been using Triple A for more than 5 years. They are reliable and honest. Jace was out this week to inspect my heaters, in case we ever cool off, and he did a great job. He walked me through my system, answered all of my questions and was super knowledgeable.

JJ and Justin were amazing! I reached out after hours with an emergency and they quickly responded and arrived. JJ was very knowledgeable. He explained the problem, repaired it and waited 30 minutes after the repair to make sure everything was ok. Friendly and professional. We highly recommend them.

I would HIGHLY recommend Triple A AC! I had another company come to clean my dryer air ducts, but I kept getting an error message from my dryer. I called Triple A AC and Felix came out right away. He was professional, knowledgable and extremely helpful. He spent the time to explain to me what he found and then what he recommended. The other company had NOT cleaned the ducts as they had claimed. Felix was able to schedule the much needed work for the very next day! The crew that came to perform the work were also knowledgable and pleasant. Again, I would recommend Triple A AC and Felix to anyone needing this kind of work done. I know that I will call them for any other needs.

AAA was the second call I made and once I spoke with Amber I didn't need to make a 3rd call. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and set my appointment for the same day. JJ and Justin showed up an hour later, explained why it happened then gave me a very reasonable quote. Made sure to let me know to turn off my hot water recirculation system so I wouldn't have a problem with it later and then got to work. They were thorough polite and made sure everything was in working order prior to thanking me and heading out. I asked questions that I knew the answer to and JJ not only answered correctly by explained why. I will be very comfortable recommending them to anyone

A simple water heater fix . Out of position due to new roof installed. Also repaired a leaking bathroom faucet.

Tech was able to answer our questions and reset the thermostat WiFi connection. However we needed to get a new internet router from Spectrum.
