Technician was very professional. We have used Christmas Air for 10 years. They installed our unit 10 years ago. Use them for our twice a year maintenance. We also used them for vent cleaning, also did a great on that job. Provided pictures of everything they did in our attic. Would recommend them for both services!

Christmas doing plumbing now is a no-brainer!! We’ve trusted them for several years now with our heating and air and will be easily trusting them with our plumbing too! Garrick was so polite, informative and easy to work with!

Simon was professional and polite . Tested my ac unit outside and in attic and changed my filter . He was fantastic and Christmas Air is very fortunate to have him.

Eric arrived during the first 30 minutes of my timeframe. He communicated the process for both systems. When he finished he gave me a run down of the inspection and made some recommendations. Eric was very professional and represented Christmas HVAC well. I recommend them as a service provider.

Our service technician was great! Very informative and going to give us quotes on several options.

I called (for help) a little after one in the afternoon. Was promised a technician to come to my house between 2 and 6 pm. Shortly after 2pm Robert rang my doorbell, went to work and was able to find the problem pretty quick. I highly recommend Christmas Air Conditioning. Robert is a great asset to the company.

Brandon was very knowledgeable, was able to explain what was wrong and how they would fix it at a level I could understand. Quick, thorough, professional, cleaned up after the job and assured he me would let the scheduler know what I needed to finish things up ( need a plumber for main drain issues).

Christmas Air always gives five star service. From the moment you call on the phone to their timely arrival and detailed work , they give excellent customer service! They have put in a new air conditioning unit for us, serviced our air conditioning and heating for maintenance and now plumbing! I loved the free Plumbing check that I got and the repair that I needed was reasonable. We will definitely stay with Christmas Air!

Bill Kitchell has been out twice for two different issues and each time he has been amazing to work with. Incredible guy, genuinely nice, very knowledgeable and fixed it right the first time. I’m going to start asking for Bill for all my future needs. Keep it up Bill!

When we talked about getting a new unit, they talked me through my choices and what would be best for my needs. Can't say enough good things about this company! They came to my rescue when the AC died. Everyone was so helpful, caring and professional. A part was ordered and Brendon installed it explaining everything to me as the work was done. I am so grateful for his knowledge and for addressing my questions. As a Senior citizen it's often a concern having the right people to help you when a problem arises. Christmas AC & Heating takes all that concern away. I was kept updated and advised each step of the process. It brought me such peace of mind. I am so grateful for their expertise and professionalism!

Christmas air and Robert never cease to amaze us! We have used them 3-4 times to first replace an ac unit and then to service it and install new ducting. They have always done an incredible job and are always able to assist immediately with any project or service. Robert came out today within 6 hours of my AC unit capacitor going out and had the unit up and running in 10 minutes during the hottest day of the year. Thank you guys so much!
