Great team of guys. Josh is an amazing tech who dives into every component of your system for a full diagnostic and comprehensive review, even if the service call was over something minor. We really appreciated his thoroughness and big picture analysis. Alejandro and his team showed up and knocked out all the work in record time and took great care of us and our home. We had poor work done by another company and I only trust Christmas Air now to fix it all.

Phil did an excellent job inspecting and explaining what work needed to be done before the winter storm. Very efficient and professional.

Robert was fantastic! He showed up on time, was extremely professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain the issue, walked me through the solution, and had everything up and running quickly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really cares about doing the job right. It’s not easy finding reliable, honest technicians these days, but Robert is definitely one of them. Highly recommend!

We had one of Christmas Air’s plumbers come out to review all of our plumbing in our home, along with flushing our hot water heater. This was all provided because of the maintenance package that we elected to purchase. I am so glad that Christmas Air has branched out to begin plumbing services. We were already using them for our A/C and heating equipment.

David Mier, our plumber, was beyond awesome! He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, patient, respectful and funny! If I owned a business, I would want someone like David to represent my company and its values. If Christmas Air continues to employ plumbers like David, this branch of the business is going to grow fast! Thank you David and Christmas Air!

We received the red carpet treatment this morning—literally! Codie showed up right on time and brought a red doormat so he wouldn’t track anything into the house. I’m not overly worried about my floors, but that small gesture was thoughtful, respectful, and showed how much pride he takes in his work from the moment he arrived.

Codie was punctual, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He cleared my air conditioning drain quickly and explained all of my options, including helpful tips for preventative maintenance. He was very patient as I asked questions and needed clarification—I never felt rushed, and he made sure I fully understood everything. He’s also very personable, which made the entire experience feel more like help from a trusted neighbor than a service call.

I had always used Bart’s Heating and Air in the past, but since they’ve merged with Christmas Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing, I can confidently say I’ll be a returning Christmas customer. Thank you for the excellent service!

Garrick spent a lot of time inspecting our plumbing. He also gave us quite a few lowcost suggestions to keep in mind. Inspection was for a purchased, yearly HVAC & Plumbing inspection contract. Several months ago, Christmas Air fixed our front faucet valve quickly and at a reasonable cost. Thank you Christmas Air! We refer you to our friends, family, and clients.

Phil did a great job checking up on my system and making sure we were good to go. He did a good job explaining what he did and what he saw and what we need to look for going forward.

I truly appreciate how the organization sends a photo and a small bio of the technician prior to arrival. Bill is an expert technician. Explained everything in detail made recommendations as well as what to prepare for in the future. No upsell for other services, just honest expertise.

We bought an old house & our ac was having tons of issues. Baker Brothers came out & quoted us $5K to fix it. We were very anxious about the whole situation & called out Christmas Air for a second opinion. Craig came out & fixed it for $200 in 25 minutes. He was incredibly kind to my two toddlers who were very curious about his every action & was very good at explaining to me everything that he needed to do. I couldn’t recommend Christmas Air & Craig enough. Saved us so so so much money & we will be using them for everything moving forward because I know they won’t be taking advantage of us.

Jack is our go-to HVAC technician, he is taking top notch care of our system. We have had others and after Jack leaves we know the system will continue to work and he has completely repaired or addressed any concerns.

We had troubles with our heater not igniting and Craig Honderick came out and took care of it very quickly. It was something that could’ve been avoided had I been signed up for their maintenance program, which I did today, as it covers me year-round and this problem would not have happened when it was 10° outside. He was very professional as has everyone that’s ever been here from Christmas air. Highly recommend.

Jonathan was a terrific maintenance worker. He answered all of our questions and literally gave us the red carpet thoughtfulness! He made sure everything is going well, changed our filter, and called his boss to check out something he wasn't sure about. Then, he quickly helped us to put our Christmas 🎄 boxes that were sitting in our garage in our attic because they were ready to go up there. So very thoughtful for 2 Senior Citizens. Chris, Nick, and the team did an amazing job installing new HVAC system, reworked the ductwork and vent in one of my units. They were professional, hard-working, and informative. Definitely would recommend.

Kaileb was so good at explaining our system and any potential things that we could do to get better energy savings. We've had other people here for our HVAC unit that is asked the same questions to and they weren't helpful, but Kaileb made me feel confident in my knowledge and was so helpful. I wanted to leave a review for Christmas AC. After they acquired our previous HVAC company I wasn’t sure how the service would be with a new company. So far I have been satisfied with them. A lot of my neighbors also use Christmas and all had great Phil came out today and performed our biannual maintenance service. He was courteous and prompt.

Jack was phenomenal. He went through our entire system to check everything and make sure it was done right. He figured out our issue and explained it to us in detail so it made sense to us. He is very honest and straightforward. Very reputable. Took time to talk to us and make sure we felt comfortable. Wasn’t in a hurry. Would recommend to anyone I know.
