Always very responsive to messages for service, even after normal business hours. Service Tech Oscar was friendly, polite, and efficient---and took time to explain the issues in detail (but also simply enough for me to understand). I've used Paschal both for complete A/C replacement and also for regular maintenance and repair, they have been great in all situations.

We had multiple companies provide an estimate for our water heater to be replaced and Paschal was actually an after thought. We noticed several recent good reviews for Paschal so we went ahead and had them come even though our mind was already made up to go with another company. Paschal impressed us with their friendly and personable interaction on the phone and the technician, Matt that came to our home was incredibly polite and pleasant to speak with. While all the techs that came to our house seemed knowledgeable, Matt just made us feel more comfortable and at ease. We changed our mind from our original choice and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Matt came the next day and did the work quickly and efficiently. The quality was excellent and the pricing was very competitive. I would recommend Paschal to anyone considering plumbing or HVAC work, in fact we are having them come back for a toilet replacement next week.

We are very happy with Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric of Flower Mound. They were friendly and professional all the way. We needed to figure out what was needed, get an estimate, and have them install new fixtures for us. Charley Westmoreland was experienced and competent. His advice saved us from spending lots of money on services we didn't need. He pinpointed our problem immediately and gave us the right advice. His estimate was fair and within a very short time all was accomplished. We also appreciated the apprentice (Garrett) who joined him the day he came to install our new fixtures. Both men worked well together to get the job done in a short time. Both were polite and personable.

We highly recommend Paschal for their professionalism, reasonable pricing, & attention to good service in a timely fashion.

Rocky the service dude was excellent. He had a lot of stuff to trace down to make sure of what was exactly going on. He found I had a capacitor that was going out causing a low voltage on a high voltage side plus low voltage wire short caused by shaking and movement of the outside unit. Everything was cool except the price. Seems to me the price was exorbitant, in particular for one capacitor, which could’ve been had almost anywhere in the world for a whole lot less than $365. That said, the rest of it seemed most reasonable. As far as the repair job, so far, so good! Excellent cooling, plus it doesn’t take a whole lot of time to get cooler.

Floyd McLellan was our service tech today for our maintenance service. He was very detailed, took his time and provided incredible service. He was not pushy, provided detailed quotes on recommended items and had a lot of pictures to show the work. Not only was the service incredible, but is the nicest tech that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Super friendly, polite and was not in a rush and took his time to explain what he did and answer any questions. Was a great experience.

As always, Calvin’s crew were courteous and timely. Most importantly, they were in and out in 5 hours replacing a dated HVAC unit. We have used Calvin’s since we moved here 3 years ago and have no plans of changing,

Ran into an issue with one of my houses and getting a call about the downstairs unit being down. I requested service that night and Angela had her team out there immediately in the morning. They were quick to address the issue and cleaned out the drain line (common occurrence).

The family we were hosting were pleased with the speed of resolution and gave me peace of mind. Great work as always Calvin’s Climate team!

Calvin's Climate Control was wonderful to work with. They were very responsive, I even called on a Sunday when they were closed expecting not to hear from anyone until Monday morning but they reached out Sunday afternoon to schedule an appointment. Their communication was great, they even got us in earlier than expected. Joe was the repair man and he was knowledgeable, kind, honest and funny. Our capacitor had gone out and he fixed it quickly, and took a look at everything else just be sure there were no additions issues! Highly recommend Calvin's

Chris was our technician and was a very nice and professional young man. We called Calvin’s climate when we felt that we needed a second opinion. The first company was not transparent and trying to upsell us. When Chris came out, he told and showed us what the issue was, which was just a part of the full replacement the first company tried to sell us on.

Originally, the replacement part was going to take about a week to be delivered and offered a complimentary mobile ac unit for the meantime. Chris was able to make a few calls and ended up being able to replace the unit quicker than expected. He was back out the next day and was able to fix everything asap!

I've used Calvin's for a couple of years now. The guys who come out have always been prompt and respectful. They've answered all of my questions in a way I can understand and explain what they are doing at each stage of the system check.
They are reasonably priced and very trustworthy.

I have used Calvin Climate for years now, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The technicians are always professional and knowledgeable, and the staff answering the phones are personable and well-informed. Calvin Climate has resolved numerous heating and cooling issues for me, including a tricky routing problem with my air system.

During my most recent call, one of my units had frozen and was not working. The technician initially underquoted the work, but when I called to ask questions, I spoke with the owner. He acknowledged the mistake and assured me they would honor the original quote. That is integrity! To say I am impressed is an understatement. I will not go anywhere else.

On this same call, after fixing the initial issue, the unit’s fan would blow, but the condenser wouldn’t turn on. The technicians troubleshot the problem and discovered that the backboard on my Nest thermostat was faulty. They advised me to contact Nest for a replacement. The techs were so awesome!

Calvin's Climate Air Conditioning and Heating has been taking care of my unit for the last 1 years. They are professional and knowledgeable. They always respond to my needs in a short time. Calvin’s Climate kept their word and came out a couple weeks ago for our first 6 months check up! They did an inspection of our entire system AND changed out our filters! The tech made sure any questions or concerns I had were answered and that I felt confident that my system was working properly! I am so glad we chose a company that is so reliable and dependable! If I EVER need anything the ladies in the office are always there to answer any of my questions! They are so kind and patient!

We needed an entire new AC and heating system both inside and out. We were very nervous, HUGE investment in our home and huge cost! We had several companies out to give quotes and I reviewed each with Better Business Bureau! We were SO IMPRESSED with Calvin and his entire team! They fixed problems they found as they were going along on the spot, very professional and friendly! Calvin is awesome to work with, felt like working with the neighbor next door! I HIGHLY recommend them and can’t say enough good things!

Very pleased with Isaac and our experience with Calvin’s. They were super quick to get to my house, when of course my AC goes out in June. They worked with my schedule on timing, Isaac showed up on time and was very professional, knew what the problem was before he even got out of his truck, I think, and fixed it within minutes. He even checked my other units to be thorough and changed the filters for me so I didn’t have to climb in attic. Cost was reasonable and I will 100% call them for my next service.
