Yasua, came today to do an air conditioning tune up and maintenance. Yasua was awesome, very professional, polite, informative and all around great guy. He spent a lot of time with us explaining different options that he could do to help with some issues we are having. We will be calling him again soon. Great young man and a great company. Give them a call!!

Ulises was an extremely helpful technician and quickly found and resolved our AC issue. 90 degrees outside in May and Paschal came through fast and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them for any HVAC issues!

Marquis Smith did an excellent job. He corrected the mistakes made by the previous service technician and took pictures to submit a claim for damages for us. Very polite and knowledgeable, he knew what he was doing.

I wanted to update my review. Alan serviced my a/c today and did a fantastic job! DeCarols was able to quickly diagnose and correct our a/c and heating problem. I am thankful to have a dependable technician.

The tech was so polite. He put on booties before entering my house. I.could track when he would be here. He explained a future problem I might encounter, but felt my system was running fine for now. Be advised a service call only applies to one unit.

While we have generally had very good luck with your technicians, Marquis stands head and shoulders above your already highly-qualified staff. He is extremely competent, articulate, and professional. I hope you appreciate just how well Marquis represents your company.

Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Worked hard to fix our issue and even though more work is needed all communication has been honest and timely. Looking forward to having our AC in good working order soon and couldn't be happier with the service thus far. I will update my review upon completion of the project.

My Trane XV 18 air conditioner that was installed by this company less than three years ago developed a problem with communications between the thermostat and the condenser unit. The problem was diagnosed as a broken wire in the system. The problem was fixed by running a new thermostat control wire to the outdoor unit, which was approximately a 30 foot run. I was charged a total of $584.57 to run this new wire which I consider to be an outrageous charge and the reason for my low rating. The technician Marquis was very good And that’s the reason that I gave a two star rating Instead of a one star rating. I told the technician at the time that the charge was outrageous, but he said that he had no control over the pricing and I told him that I would say so in my review. The only reason that I agreed to proceed With The repair was That my wife Has Terminal gliobastoma And did not want a hassle.
Update: I received a call from customer service representative Caleb Who wanted to make things right and agreed to a reasonable price which exceeded my expectation. I now have no reason to give them anything but five star rating.

We just got a new water heater installed, and AJs service was outstanding!! He took the time to explain the whole installation process and answered all our questions. Despite of the intense Texas Heat, he worked very hard to get everything done quickly. I am very satisfied with AJs service and 120% recommend!!

G Carlos was my technician that arrived on Saturday July 13th 2024. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Very pleasant with an amazing sense of humor!! He found my issue with my 1 of 4 air conditioning units I have. He explained the issue as well as showed me. He had the replacements on his van and I was up and running in no time at all. I will never use anyone else!!! I'm requesting G Carlos to come back and service my other 3 units!! AMAZING TECHNICIAN!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Had two full AC Units replaced. The installers were fantastic and extremely professional. Shawn Monson was honest and professional. Ive been with Paschal and prior Walker since 2010. Very reliable, prompt and professional. I give them my highest recommendation!

I am very pleased with the service I received from the plumbing appointment I had this week from Paschal. Sterling did an excellent job of evaluating my entire plumbing system. He explained everything to me, and I learned a lot about my current plumbing situation and what to look for in the future. I will continue to use Paschal for my Air, plumbing, and electrical needs.

Great communication around the appointment. The tracker where I can see a current estimate is very useful.
Ulises was punctual and was a real trooper working in the rain. Very detailed oriented and showed all the progress with photos.

Very happy with the technician, Raphique. Courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Handled our annual maintenance and we are very satisfied.
We are not happy with the “warranty” that Paschal has for our thermostat for our less than 2 year old system. Paschal offered to replace it for “free” with a $300 service fee. It’s literally a plug and play device. That does not meet the definition of warranty that we are familiar with.
Again, this has nothing to do with Raphique - he was excellent. However, we are now very concerned about what “warranty “ means for the rest of our system.

I was able to get an appointment immediately! My tech was on time, extremely friendly, determined my problem quickly, and solved it even faster. And the bonus was he was not intimidated by my very large dogs. Highly recommend.

Can’t recommend enough this company! We had a gas leak, and they arrived in within 2 hours after our call.

Service was scheduled same day. Plumber was James and he was very kind, informative and provided everything we needed to make decisions. He even found a problem on one of our appliances previously installed by a different provider. I would highly recommended.

Response to service call was about 2 hours which I would consider prompt. Tech Christopher quickly determined problem and explained it professionally. He answered all questions and effected the repair in a timely manner. I commend him for his professionalism. I recommend your company.

Today Paschal Pro Sterling Bridges installed a new gas water heater for me, replaced old valves and lines, installed a flood stop, and added everything needed to get me up to code. Sterling, the main technician, was not only punctual; he was extremely knowledgeable, polite, thorough, and willing to answer any and every question I had. Chris and Christian also helped some throughout the process, and I truly appreciate ALL of the young men, their hard work, and expertise. Paschal was very good about communicating with me and getting the job scheduled quickly as well as keeping me informed on the tech’s arrival; I even received a photo of Sterling before he got here, which was a nice touch too. Thank you again, Sterling, for being such a NICE young man, answering all of my questions, your expertise and explanations on every facet of my new water heater, and your willingness to do any and everything you could to make this a great experience!😊

Technician AJ did a great job installing a new toilet and troubleshooting the problem with our old one. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to us clearly what the problem was and fixed it pretty quickly. He left the bathroom clean and just the way he found it. I’m very happy with the service.
