Andrew was amazing! My ac went out on a 3pm Friday at my dog grooming salon. I called and they where at my shop in an hour on a Friday afternoon. Came in fixed it and got me up and running within an hour! Will definitely recommend them to anyone!

Honest Home Services is an excellent company! They provided timely and professional services due to an outage in my HVAC two weeks ago. From the customer service reps, to frequent updates via text messages, to ensuring timely service tech dispatch the same day ... the service experience was excellent. Most importantly, my technician, Devorian, was awesome!! Devorian was extremely knowledgable, diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently, educated me through every step of the process, and made sure that all the problems were addressed with my HVAC. An obscure motor part failed, he ordered it, and came back the next day with the repair. He also provided incremental advise on installing an additional splitter for my garage gym too. I am pleased all around with the amazing services from Honest Home & Devorian. Thank you!

I highly recommend Honest Home Services! Justin is very caring and made sure that our hot water issues were taken care of! He was very professional and explain everything to us. We ended up having to replaced them and the pricing was better than our other bids. They worked very hard and did a great job! We highly recommend him for any service.

Great service on emergency repair due to storms! Juan was thorough and explained everything being done. Able to get back up and running quickly!

Juan was very helpful when diagnosing my AC issues. He showed me each issue and helped me understand what needed to be done to fix them. Angel then came out and fixed all our duct work and our drain plumbing. He did a great job and walked me through all the work when he was done.

JUAN is amazing 👏! Signed me up for the monthly plan to keep maintenance 🙌. Which if you dont have it get it. He was perfessional on time and showed me everything that was wrong. I have always been so afraid of hvac companies until today. Usually you can expect someone trying to sell things you dont need. Juan didn't sell me he just did honest good work! You get what you pay for so yes it's a medium range cost but also high value service. I know my unit is in good hands thanks again!

Tech was delayed - original window of arrival was 9-11AM, ended up arriving around 4:30 PM. Unfortunately wasn’t able to solve the plumbing issue - recommended that we contacted the original installer.

Angel and Jose did a great job installing 2 new HVAC units for me. The setup in my attic is much cleaner looking now. They even took the time to sweep insulation off the plywood making the space much more usable. The pricing was very reasonable as well. Overall, I'm happy with the choice I made to go with Honest.

Where do I begin? I had issues with the air flow in my townhome for quite some time but Honest Home Services solved my problem. Angel and Juan did an amazing job with my A/C system! Juan was exceptional. He came out and diagnosed the problem with a fan motor. The other contractor said that we needed a whole new system that would have cost over $10K. He was very professional and thorough in the diagnosis. He was a blessing to us.

Scheduled PM and repair for HVAC system as discovered earlier this year there is likely a leak in the coils. After the inspection Jake found the leak and repair was scheduled the following week. Lucio arrived on time and began repairs. Later Jake came in to assist as needed with repairs and testing of system. Lucio was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took time to answer several questions I had as did Jake. I really appreciated the information and interaction. My HVAC was repaired and running in the time frame mentioned to do the work and I am very happy with the work. My experience with Honest Home Services has been the best. Thank you!

While the thought of having to replace our entire ac unit made us cringe! I'm glad we called the guys at honest ac!! They somehow made the process of spending thousands less painful!!

We had 3 different ac companies come out and quote us. We chose honest for the quality ac unit and the time they spent with us explaining everything. They were able to work around our schedule and got us scheduled asap!

The day of installation was also painless! The crew was very respectful and finished install in a timely manner! Everyone was friendly and I appreciated the follow through with helping us finish our thermostat app install.

Honest Home Services gets 5 Stars- they were responsive and quick to help me solve my problem when the AC quit working on a hot day. My house had two 29 year old AC systems that died in a 24 hour period. These guys were professional and thorough! They got the one unit working and the other one needed to be replaced. Communication was excellent and our repairs completed well in a manner that could have been much more expensive with another company! Overall, working with them was a great experience and I highly recommend them for AC repairs! The city inspector that came to inspect their work mentioned that they are honest company and did a great job on the installation of the new system!
