I wouldn't suggest doing contract labor with them.
These people contacted me abt cleaning foe one of their new buildings in my city.
That was October of 2021. Since then I keep getting the run around. They can't keep the same staff in the department I have to call. This last lady has been real rude and won't help me. She claims she has been waiting for a response from her boss. But that was 3 months ago. Now they won't answer my calls.
Oh well, yall's loss. Cause we do great cleaning. We are not your average cleaning company.

This agency was communicated with several times to ensure that they would arrive for a Saturday night cleaning after a wedding. our event location had a Sunday wedding to prepare for. They stated than they could not understand the 6x6 foot direction on the gate that stated where to enter and did not show up to the facility or communicate with us. we arrived Sunday morning to put our the decorations and the facility had not been cleaned. Their best solution.... to not charge us for the cleaning. How about you not charge us for the other services you will not be doing.

Absolutely thrilled with the outstanding service provided by Integrity Facility Solutions! They recently tackled a deep clean of my warehouse, and I couldn't be happier with the results. This is the worst cleaning company hands down. They have terrible customer service. They do not come out to clean the facilities as promised. If I could give no stars I would. They take your money and do not provide services. I sent in pictures of our un clean building the rep did nothing about it. Don't waste your time! By the way one of the reviews by Debra on here is one of their employees... Go figure. Here are pictures of he dirty water they used when they did clean and the other parts of our building that they failed to clean.

Terrible experience — don’t waste your time!
I would never recommend this call center to anyone. The service was unprofessional from start to finish. The team lead was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude, making the whole experience frustrating and unpleasant. Instead of helping or solving issues, they spoke in a condescending way and acted like customers were a bother. It’s honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values and respects people.

I am only giving one star to be able to write a review! I just called to talk to someone about pricing and availability. The first thing the person that answered the phone said to me, we are booked till Sunday can you deal with that? I said that would be fine.
(Hesitant already). The pricing went like this well, its $99 for the first room, then $29 for the second room if that is what the technician feels it should be. If we decide it is more then it will be more. I said that seemed unfair to me because I would not actually know what it will be. She said, well, then call somebody else and hung up!!!!?????

I scheduled a couch cleaning for my sectional 3 weeks in advance. Today, a 3rd party technician showed up and said he wouldn’t do it for the quoted & agreed upon price of $149. He said he wouldn’t do it for less than $379, almost 3x the original cost!

When I called the office, a lady stated that she cannot control the pricing and all quotes basically mean nothing until the technician arrives. (Which is not what was communicated to me) Meanwhile, while I was trying to offer to pay slightly more to still get it done, the technician drives off after dumping his water on our street and leaving our sectional in disarray. Now the office has seemingly blocked my number, as it doesn’t even ring anymore.

This company is extremely unprofessional and shouldn’t be used under any circumstance. This company does not deserve the business of our community and there are cheaper, more professional, options out there.

I booked for them to come out and clean my carpets and was given a 9-11am window. I never received a call from them to cancel and I had to follow up with several calls and was told they would call back and they never did.
This was very unprofessional and would have preferred they where honest upfront about their inability to make the scheduled appointment.

Can’t tell you how good or bad their carpet cleaning services were because they never showed up. Called them Sunday for paint spilling on the carpet and they said they’d be at my house Monday between 11 am and 1 pm. Called at 12:59 pm to see if they were still coming. Was told they’d be there by 2 pm. At 2 pm I called and was told that they were going to be there by 5 pm. They never showed. Called another company. When I called to cancel, the receptionist was aloof. Didn’t care what so ever. Great way to run a business.
