I had difficulty trying to schedule an appointment with this company. The first time I called I got a voicemail and nobody returned my call. When I called back the next day somebody answered and asked if they could call me back in 10 minutes but then never did... I ended up booking my cleaning with another company. It shouldn't be so difficult to try to schedule an appointment.

Called on Friday and got an appointment for Monday. They did a wonderful job. The carpet looked great after they finished! Fast and great service.

Horrible customer service. Great first experience with carpets in a rent house so I tried to offer repeat business in my new home and they totally messed up scheduling and service. Clearly indicated what I needed and they just spinned it as a simple misunderstanding and dismissed it. Had to reschedule because they said they didn't have my phone number, but returned my call after I left a message. After one missed appointment, they tried to reschedule again because they didn't have the right equipment! Requested an air duct cleaning because we have a dryer duct obstruction and the owner scheduled a carpet cleaning after a lengthy detailed discussion of what we needed done. Very disappointed.

Highly recommend these guys! Punctual, great communication and they did a fantastic job on bringing the life back to my carpets. Brian was my tech, I will ask for him next time I need the carpets cleaned.
