I have a small dog with several accidents so I read reviews online and checked around for quotes and decided to go with Joshua. He did a great job and photo reviews helped with also choosing his company along with the price $25 per room. Joshua arrived on time and he did an awesome job, my carpet looked really nice when he finished and smelled great. I will be using his services again!!

Joshua did a great job cleaning my stairs and couch! Our couch looks brand new. He was punctual, well priced, and an overall nice guy. I will definitely be using him in the future!

Horrible experience with Joshua's on 10/15/24. Supposed to be there between 1-3:00 and it was after 5:30 when he arrived. Wanted 2 recliners, couch, and carpet stain cleaned in one room. Did OK with the 2 recliners being cleaned. Did not remove stain on carpet, did not even lighten it. Noticed he had not cleaned couch and asked him, he lied and said he had cleaned the couch. Had proof from a stain and some glitter on the cushions that he had not touched the couch. Will not recommend.
He claims stains come back when they dry!

I contacted them for my living room carpet and furniture. I received prompt responses with the prices lined out for me, along with expectations of services. Easy scheduled, excellent communication before arrival and also on arrival. They even moved the recliner in order to shampoo underneath, which was an excellent surprise! Everything not only looked great, but also smelled amazing as well! I will definitely be using again!!!

Joshua came out and did an absolutely outstanding job! He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. My carpets look brand new, and the difference is unbelievable.

One thing that really stood out—my dog had recently peed in a few areas (which never happens), and Joshua literally got down on his hands and knees to make sure the smell was completely gone. That level of care and attention is rare these days, and it shows how much pride he takes in his work.

One of the company cars tried to brake check me so that I could run into the back of the car but my car has automatic break when break lights are detected, not not cool and I could have busted your rear window on y'all Tesla in Dallas TX!!!!

I've used them for over 6 years. They always do great work with no excuses. Excellent customer service, management is very hands-on. They send us a form every month asking us to grade their service. If there is ever an issue it's resolved right then.

First of all I was required to deal with this company due to my HOA alerting our property management that our fence needed to be repaired and stained. They did not show up the day they promised, and when they did show up I was not home. All they did was replace 2 fence pieces and they stained that one piece. It looks terrible. I just got the bill from my property management, and they are charging us $262.50.
