I have been using this company for over a year now and I still have weeds. I just cancelled as I am not sure why I am paying for service since they don't seem to take the time to do their part of the agreement. What a waste of money! They will certainly take your money and you will still have weeds. This is how my lawn looks after I had been paying for service for over a year. Looks like poor quality service and a waste of money to me.

I like LawnLab. We have used them for almost 10 years. They answer the phone & emails, send out technicians you can talk to, and their products work! I appreciate they send a follow-up email explaining the application they put down.

We have used lawn lab for years with good results. They communicate well and are proactive in scheduling and keep their schedule accurate. I even forgot to unlock gate and they came back the next day to ensure coverage.

Pay for all their services year round, and this is what you get. Weeds everywhere!! I have used them for years, but they changed something with their product a couple of years ago or something because the past two+ years have had issues. I’ve brought it up several times, and continued to use them to give them more opportunities, but the product they use now simply does not work. Service is good, but I can’t continue to pay for a product that doesn’t work, even if the service is good.

We on our 3rd year of using LawnLabs and Jacob has done a great job! He is reliable and patient when we forget to unlock our gate. Our lawn has gone from full of weeds to healthy and almost zero weeds. It gets better every year! Thank you LawnLabs and especially Jacob!
