Honestly I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this was just bad business from my perspective. I received a call from one of the mowers stating that I was misquoted for a house that’s in between houses when my house is on the corner lot so they have to upcharge me from $60 to $80. Ok, fine. Then the lady proceeds to tell me my grass is overgrown so they have to charge me double. $160 for a corner lot in a HOA neighborhood is ridiculous! I find all this out when they’re outside my house ready to provide the service. I would’ve declined but like previously stated I’m in a HOA neighborhood so I don’t want my grass to continue growing while searching. This will be an one and done service for sure! Do better A.M. Lawn Pros!

Update: 4/8/2025 7:28pm I come home to trimmings still in the grass. Grass all over the sidewalk. This isn’t a $160 job. I was told I was going to receive a call when the service was done and never received one. You guys are getting bad reviews because you’re doing bad business. Don’t blame me.

Have been a customer for over 2 years. They continue to provide exceptional service week over week and always goes above and beyond. Great communication if ever needed. If you’re looking for a lawn care service, you will not find better.

What a great place to get all you need for a beautiful landscape! Everything from indoor plants, outdoor plants and the most gorgeous trees! They are so knowledgeable on HOA regulations so you don’t waste time researching. Anthony takes his time to answer questions and has solutions to what my concerns were. Best nursery by far!!!

Christian Hall and in training with him was Casey Blum. The two men came out to treat my maginolia tree. And I explained that I wasn't really satisfied with the tree. However Christian has found another tree that I might be happier with. I just need to followup. But they understood the challenge that I might be made happier with. Can't wait to see. The new maginolia tree.

I purchased a tree from moon valley about a year ago and paid for the mvp program where they come and maintenance your tree every quarter. Christian was my technician and he was very helpful and informative. I felt like my investment / tree was in great hands from his knowledge alone. It’s spring time now and my tree is looking very healthy. Thank you guys so much for making this new purchase so seamless.

Frantz was an absolute pleasure to work with! We weren’t completely sure what tree we wanted and left with one we would have never even considered as an option had we not gone here! Both Frantz and all the staff were knowledgeable and provided great customer service. My father who has planted and/or started ~75 trees was very impressed with the services and price points offered. I highly recommend checking them out.

Recent storms let my garden a mess and several plants ruined beyond repair. Decided to go to Moon Valley instead of Calloways after my past experiences with them. Upon arrival I found multiple replacements thanks to someone named Anthony. He was friendly and felt like he actually cared vs trying to push a sale. It was a relief to have this sort of experience VS one where it felt pushy and like it was just a sale. He was also knowledgeable and helpful with selecting shrub replacements for my garden when I wasnt sure on which plants I previously had anymore. He guided me through the care packages and explained everything clearly, making the whole process easy and stress-free. I WOULD highly recommend this place!!

First of all I just want to give out a special thanks to Chase who personally helped me decide what I needed to kick start my landscaping needs this spring. This place will positively overwhelm you with options, knowledge and attentiveness. Chase was kind and patient enough to guide me trough some of the options given my particular situation. Took home some beautiful vine shrubs and and 4 different yet important Moon Valley products that were ensured by them which gave me confidence. they have a bunch more services and options to choose from and I encourage anyone who wants to kickstart their yard or even make a whole landscaping project to give them a visit. You will not regret it.

We became Moon Valley customers about 6 months ago when Billy created a beautiful concept for our front beds. We recently had Casey Blum out to do soil injections and he was on time and knowledgeable, explaining to my husband what he was doing and where. Great job Casey!

Moon Valley really takes care of its customers. As part of their 90-day checkup plan for new plantings, I had a recent visit by their “Pro,” Christian. He not only fertilized my plants, but gave me lots of great tips. Very knowledgeable and friendly fellow. My plants and I are in good hands.

We purchased the MVP pkg from Moon Valley for the trees we bought this past fall. William came out to check our trees and he spent LOTS of time here helping us understand tree “health”. He took the necessary time at each of our six trees showing us specific things to look for. I would say he was here over an hour. We felt like he answered all our questions and gave us plenty of helpful tips to keep our trees healthy. William was incredibly knowledgeable and we felt we could trust him to help us with any tree needs we may have. We were impressed that he gave us his cell number and told us to call if we had any tree questions before our next visit. Peace of mind for sure! We requested William to be our personal “tree expert” for the next two MVP visits, as we have three visits in the MVP program. Thank you, William!

I can't say enough positive things about the Forney Moon Valley Nursery location. I went in wanting to redo my front landscaping beds with just a general idea of the look that I was going for. Frantz listened and quickly went to work guiding me and bringing my vision to life. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. After I purchased my plants, he came out to my home to flag my landscaping beds so that everything was planted in the correct place. I would 100% recommend working with Frantz at the Forney location. You won't be disappointed!

Took advantage of their sale and got a good quality fairly established peach tree for $100. Shout out to Frantz and David for helping me out!

Christian Hall did a great job in the treatment check up on our tree. He also showed me how to care for the tree in the upcoming winter months.

Christian Hall and Stoney Simon were both very professional and helpful when they came for our arborist appointment to check on our new tree that we are loving! We have had a wonderful experience with Moon Valley Nurseries. When we moved to our home in Forney, TX from California, we encountered a dead tree, and replaced it with one from this great company. Our tree was planted in July 2024, and we obtained the Moon Valley MVP Pro Care Service for a year. Christian Hall from Moon Valley Nurseries at Forney, TX has been our Technician, helping us with the care of our tree. He has been very attentive, making sure he provides all the advice and knowledge to care for our tree. During his visits, he has inspected our tree, provided maintenance, and given us tips. We are very happy with the service he has provided us with, and the overall experience with Moon Valley Nurseries. I strongly recommend him and the company for all your nursery needs.
