We have searched for a while for a service that was consistent and responsive. I finally found A.M. Lawn Pros and we're very satisfied. We had a few minor issues on the first visit or two but I laid out those concerns and received a quick response with an apology and that those would be addressed in the next visit and they were. We've had no issues since.

I'm all about customer service and they do it so well. I love their text system that tells me when they'll be here, notifies me of delays, or a day that may need to be rescheduled due to weather. This goes a long way since I had yet to find anyone who would just communicate with me about those things. If you're looking for better customer service & communication with your lawn service, I'd recommend giving them a try!

I highly recommend A. M. Lawn Pros! We have used many lawn service companies throughout the years and they are, by far, the most professional and communicative company out there. They are quick to respond to any question or concern. They will text you the day before to remind you of your service the following day. The text also includes pictures and names of the crew who will be at your home. If by chance the weather doesn't cooperate, they will text you to let you know they won't be coming and when they will be coming to make up for the service. You get a text the day of service to let you know when they are 15 minutes away from your home. Following the service, you immediately receive another text saying your service has been completed. We have also used them for front flower bed cleanup, shrub trimming and mulch. This is a top-notch company and unlike any other lawn service company out there!

They did a good job with yard maintenance, and I have no major complaints on it. It’s very neat and looks so much better.

I like their lawn mowing service, although I wasn’t completely satisfied, maybe more like 92% satisfied. I eventually stopped using their services due to a delay in addressing my concerns. Perhaps I’m a bit impatient 🤷🏾‍♀️ and we could have worked it out, but I did have some valid concerns. On a positive note, they were always punctual and respectful, and their pricing was reasonable so I’m leaving a good review.

Matthew and Alissa are simply awesome - they're dependable, capable, hard working, honest and so wonderful to work with. We can't say enough positives about them and recommend them highly!

I just moved to a new area and reached out to several landscaping companies. A.M. Landscaping was the only one who replied, so I decided to go ahead with their service. I’m glad I did! They were very responsive, accommodated my schedule and charge a reasonable price. Today was my first service. They did a great job and gave me some advice on frequency of watering and caring for a newly planted tree.

I have been using these guys for 3 years now. They do a great job for a reasonable price. My yard was a mess before they came and now I have one of the better looking yards in the community. This business has been reliable and upfront about everything. Can not recommend a better lawn service.

Extremely disappointed with the service and communication from this company. I was misquoted not once, but twice—which is absolutely unacceptable for any business that claims to be professional. On top of that, the job wasn’t completed correctly. If you’re looking for reliability, transparency, or even just basic business communication, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This experience was a waste of time and money.

Reply back: This review was not left maliciously, and it’s disappointing that instead of taking accountability, you’re assuming I don’t live at the property or wasn’t involved.

Grass got cut pretty short in several places☹️not happy about that!! It will finally grow back and in 2 weeks you’ll come back again! Please don’t make it have brown spots!

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company. We paid $400 for mulch and 2 bushes, my husband specifically asked for net or fabric to be laid beneath the mulch and the worker said "ok".

Less than 2 weeks later, we have weeds popping up EVERYWHERE, and when we called to find out why, we were told "oh we stopping laying net/frabic down over a year ago, we don't offer that service".

This was our first time using them and it will be our last. My husband spent 30mins pulling weeds last weekend, their services were useless.

They do an excellent job on my best friends yard!! They are very detailed, meticulous on the yard and landscaping tasks she asks them to do. They are upfront and fair about their prices and bids. They strive for high professionalism
and customer satisfaction !! Customer happiness and satisfaction is a top priority to them!

Let me start by saying the work was impeccable. They showed up when they said they would and did a fantastic job. Now for the bad... I reached out and asked for a quote and as he should have, he said he needed to go look at it first. Two days later he emailed back and said it would be $100 for the lawn and shrubs. Again, this was fine, and I agreed. On the day of service they reached out and said it would be more than the quote. Long story short after a $100 quote (via email) the service was over $225. This is unacceptable and a very poor way to conduct business.

A.M. Lawn service does a great job. What I really appreciate is that they notify me with any changes to their schedule. I like how they do other yard tasks during the fall and winter, too.

A.M. Lawn Pros services our yard weekly and does an amazing job! They recently revamped our flowerbeds- laying more mulch and pulling weeds and dead plant. We are so happy with their work and our yard and flowerbeds have never looked better! They are professional, punctual and affordable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They mow and weed properly. Lawn looks good. Only issue is they do it biweekly which for my lawn the grass doesn't grow quick enough to warrant biweekly mows. They don't allow every 3 weeks or so. I have to manually request them to push it out to 3 weeks but they get upset if I request it multiple times in a row.

They are a little pricey for my sized lawn $60. And it's not even over 1/4 acre. It's a small subdivision lot. The average I've seen is $40-50 for my lot.

The customer service is good and they're very responsive.

Beautiful Monday afternoon, I'm outside in my driveway with all 4 doors on my vehicle open proceeding to clean and vacuum it. All of a sudden here comes A.M.Lawn Pros to mow my neighbor's yard. Ok cool. Next thing I know here comes all the yard clippings flying into my newly cleaned car. They actually just processed to blow everything right in my direction when they clearly seen me standing right there cleaning my car with all 4 door open.
Very disappointed, poor customer service for sure.

I am beyond upset with the service they provided me. They left my yard scalped and covered in clippings. When my husband called to complain they stated that the grass was over grown and the “mulched clippings” would go away 🤦🏻‍♀️. First off, the grass needed to be mowed, yes. We had a lot of rain recently. Overgrown? I wouldn’t say that. We live in the Heath Golf and Yacht Club. We would be fined if our yard was overgrown. Regardless, they did not use a mulching mower as they stated. They left what looked like hay all over the yard. We are very busy business owners and finally made time today on Father’s Day to buy a rake and clean up their mess. Now we see that our yard is scalped and burnt. I am beyond upset and embarrassed by the way my lawn looks. And to think we paid someone to do this to our yard.

A.M. Lawn Pros. Took care of BOTH front and backyard at a very fair price compared to others. So they’re very competitive, not only that they Communicate very well(which is important) and did such an amazing job! Looking forward to using them moving forward.
