Blake and Bailee are great. I was searching for a pool service comp at about a year ago after a replaster done by another company. They have been servicing my pool in Combine, TX ever since. I feel like family dealing with them. I highly recommend their service!

Absolutely the best decision I ever made was to hire Blake. Very affordable monthly plans. Service is great. If you’re on the fence about hiring someone to take care of your pool, these guys here will shoot you straight.

Definitely has not disappointed !!! Bought my house over a year ago & they have been my first and only pool & hot tub service company. Bailey answered my call to set up new services & informed me about their Veterans discount & all of the services they offered. We went with their weekly maintenance services. Our pool and hot tub have been taken care of with ease and peace of mind ever since. During the snowstorm last month they stayed in constant contact with me throughout the storm and informed me of ways to limit the damage. One of the techs Dominic even offered to come over and drain our pump lines for us and I declined ( no ones safety during dangerous weather is worth a pool pump) he then talked us through how to do it with ease. They saved our expensive equipment & pool and we only ended up needing to replace a single $20 lid. They came out immediately and assessed our damage & made sure everything was working properly and had our lid ordered immediately. They definitely have not disappointed & have gone above and beyond taking care of our property , making our pool and hot tub always one less worry for a disabled veteran & his always tired wife / caregiver lol Thank y’all so much for everything

We purchased a house in the Forney/Talty area and moved in last Feb. after the winter storm and deep freeze. The uncovered pool, along with its equipment, needed a lot of TLC. We called Poolfessionals and Travis came the next day. Over several months he located, fixed and installed many concerns. We signed up for their weekly service. Every staff member has been wonderful, always willingly available with sound advice. Of all the services that we have encountered in our move, Poolfessionals of Texas, is the most outstanding.

Ethan is awesome! Our pool always looks great & the office is great at notifying us of quarterly and annual maintenance needs.

Family owned and they are wonderful!! Blake came for a consultation and got a plan together to deal with my bad algae problem. A week later my pool was crystal clear!! The next week Blake came back to service my filter. As he worked he answered all of our questions and showed us everything he was doing. A few weeks later Blake came back to replace our deck o seal. He did an awesome job!! Thank you Blake for making our pool enjoyable again!!

Poolfressionals was great to work with! Honest and reliable. They replaced the motor on my pool pump and even advised me to buy a bigger horsepower pump based on my pool size which has been a gamechanger on keeping the pool clean. They definitely know what they are doing. They also went the extra mile to assist me with a manufacturer warranty claim with Jandy on a light that was installed by my pool builder (not Poolfressionals) and did not charge me for the install when Jandy approved the claim. I tried the claim myself and they wanted me to jump through all kinds of hoops until Poolfressionals took over the claim.

Poolfessionals has been servicing our pool on a monthly basis for a little over 2 years. They are THE BEST!! Courteous, reliable, very knowledgeable, hard working. Blake repaired 2 leaks in our hot tub this summer that I know were a challenge, especially in the heat. Through it all, he always had a smile on his face.

Discovered this business about 2 years ago....and absolutely recommend them to everyone I know! Blake and Bailee are honest, hard-working and very professional! My pool looked like a pond, when Blake first saw it, as I was unable to clean it after surgery. Within one week, it was clear and swim ready! Blake has done several minor repairs and some remodeling since, all of which has been excellent! Even though I could care for this myself, now, their excellence, fair prices and dependability have kept me as a customer! Great job, guys! Shout out to Dom as well!

Blake and his staff do an amazing job of keeping my pool clean. I have used other services and always had algae problems but not anymore. Great price for a superb service. The office staff is very helpful in acquiring products and devices for my pool! Highly recommend!

We’ve been using Poolfessionals for about two years. They installed a new DE filter for us when we first started with them, and everything has been perfect since that time. They keep up with anything and everything that is needed. Their techs are the best.

I have had a great experience with poolfessionals! They do an amazing job with my pool at an affordable cost. I don’t ever have to worry about the chemical levels or cleaning my pool thanks to them! They have been great with communicating with me and repairing important parts of my pool pump system when needed! Highly recommend!

We have been customers of Poolfessionals of Texas since July 2022. Our previous pool maintenance company had become unreliable and our neighbor recommended Poolfessionals. We have been very, very pleased with the level of service we are receiving from our technician, Ethan. He has been our tech since our first day with Poolfessionals, whereas our previous pool maintenance company had very high turnover in their techs. Ethan is knowledgeable, efficient and very courteous.

Recently we had a leak in our Polaris booster pump. The leak was discovered on a Sunday afternoon. The housing on the pump was cracked, which was the second time this particular model of pump had cracked. The original pump was installed in June 2021 and replaced May 2022. It was the replacement pump that was now leaking. We reached out to Poolfessionals and Travis was at our house on Monday afternoon replacing the pump under warranty. It was such a welcome surprise that Poolfessionals handled the situation so quickly, had the replacement pump in stock and got it installed, all in less than 24 hours! Our previous pool maintenance company took over five weeks to replace the pump in 2022.

It is very refreshing to deal with company and their employees who take pride in their work and are so responsive to their customer's needs.

I don’t like writing reviews. For these people I make an exception.
Over the years owning a pool has made me suspiciously of pool companies.
They charge you an arm and a leg and most of the time you have to pay them upfront just to appear for a diagnosis.
So, most of the work I do myself.
After this winter a lot of tiles fell in the pool.
The year before I tried to repair that myself but everything came off again.
Also, there was quite a substantial leak that I couldn’t fix.
I was in need of professionals.
But who?
I called a friend, and he gave me the number of Poolfessionals.
Blake came over and explained everything with me what could cause the leak.
He found a lot of places where water could disappear.
Unfortunately also in the area’s where the tiles were gone.
I asked him what this all would cost me to fix and he came up with a very reasonable number.
That day he fixed all visible leaks and later that week the crew came over to set the tiles.
And here comes the kicker, that was a fantastic crew. Professional, fast and delivering outstanding work. They left no mess whatsoever.
Couple of days later I found that there was still water leaking. I called Blake and he came over immediately to check on it. And what we were both afraid of, was reality. One of the skimmer pipes was broken somewhere, letting water disappear in the ground.
And this is so great about this company. Blake never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need, or, made me afraid that “if I didn’t do that” immediately things would go bad fast.
Just honest replies to questions.
So, he closed that skimmer and said that the repair needed to be done, and involved braking up concrete, but that could happen in the fall. No pressure.
He didn’t even charge me for that visit.
I am very, very glad that I got to know these people and will always be using their craftsmanship to fix complicated pool jobs.
