I spoke to Kevin (Joshua) and received a great quote of $200 to clean my sofa, love seat, chair & ottoman and a 6'x10' area rug. I hire him to do the job on Friday, 12/22/2017. He gave me a window of 3-4 PM for his arrival to our home with a completion of no later than 7PM. This job was a much needed cleaning as we were expecting family to arrive the day after Christmas who would be staying for a week with us. I was working that day and told him my husband would be home and gave him both my cell # as well as my husbands. The day came and I received a phone call at work from my husband around 4:30 PM asking me If I had heard from Joshua's which I had not. I gave him Joshua's phone number and when he called and spoke to him, he was told that he had been trying to reach us all day to cancel or reschedule because he had become very ill and had been at the doctor's office all day. Neither my husbands or my phone rang once that day from Joshua's number or any other employee of that company. Joshua apologized and said he could reschedule for after Christmas which certainly wasn't going to help us at this point and we couldn't find another company to get the job done before our family arrived. I recommend Joshua's Carpet Cleaning to anyone whose looking for an extremely competent and conscientious company to come work in their home. Kevin did a great job on our carpet and furniture. Absolutely love this company!! They came out last minute on a saturday for an upholstery mess that just couldn't wait. Everywhere else i called couldn't make it out until wed or fri of the following week. They were very courteous, prompt, and did an amazing job. My carpets have not looked this good since they were new! They even gave me a extra couch cleaning for free!! I will definitely be using this company again and recommending them to everyone.

Mario isn't done yet and I'm writing this review. That's how great everything looks. I have 6 children, so yeah my carpet has taken a beating over the last three of years. My house now smells like a home again. So fresh like the scents you can smell through the febreze commercials (if that makes sense 😅) Anyway I would definitely recommend 10x over. Great customer service & he got straight to work.

Often times we hear only the bad things about the small businesses. This is likely because we, as a society, tend to only take the time to write about our negative experiences as a "warning" to others, but often times we forget to share with others when we have a great experience. I'd love to share an awesome experience that I had with Joshua's Carpet Cleaning.

I reached out to Joshua's last week to get a quote to clean the carpet in my dog's room and to replace the padding. My dog's room was getting the "dog smell". I knooooow, gross! I tried cleaning the carpet myself with a rug doctor type of carpet cleaner but failed. I made it SO MUCH worse. I kept cleaning it hoping to get rid of the smell but made it worse every single time. ☹ This is definitely one of those projects that I should've left to the professionals.

We were contacted by Kevin the day before our scheduled cleaning to confirm the service, and then were contacted again the day of to let us know when he was in route. He was super professional throughout the entire process. I wasn't home for much of the cleaning but arrived as he was finishing up. The carpet looks great and smells AMAZING! Prices are awesome too! (To be honest, I was at my wits end. If this didn't work I was going to start tearing out the carpet myself! Luckily, I no longer have to do that! 🙌) This company is seriously amazing, I can't wait to have them back out to clean our sectional & seal our tile floors. OMG!! I love this company, they came out and did an Amazing JOB! This is my second time using them and I have been completely satisfied once again. Our family dog has gotten old and is having some issues so we had some of pet stains here and there. He came out did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company. I contacted Joshua's Carpet Cleaning at short notice to clean my carpet, sofas and tile. He arrived in below freezing weather to get the job done. Everything looks awesome and I highly recommend this company. The prices are reasonable and the customer service was awesome. Call him ASAP!

Joshua was amazing! Our carpets were in really bad shape because we have 3 young kids, but he was able to remove all the stains and the carpet looked refreshed and clean. Also as the owner he is super nice and goes above and beyond when it comes to the quality of his work! We will having him come back on a regular basis to keep our carpets looking nice all the time!

I have a small dog with several accidents so I read reviews online and checked around for quotes and decided to go with Joshua. He did a great job and photo reviews helped with also choosing his company along with the price $25 per room. Horrible experience with Joshua's on 10/15/24. Supposed to be there between 1-3:00 and it was after 5:30 when he arrived. Wanted 2 recliners, couch, and carpet stain cleaned in one room. Did OK with the 2 recliners being cleaned. Did not remove stain on carpet, did not even lighten it. Noticed he had not cleaned couch and asked him, he lied and said he had cleaned the couch. Had proof from a stain and some glitter on the cushions that he had not touched the couch. Will not recommend.
He claims stains come back when they dry!
