Awesome experience with Poolfessionals of Texas, they discovered equipment failure, immediately reported it, offered a solution, made it affordable & even helped us in obtaining the financing and then they did a GREAT INSTALLATION, the before and after is amazing. All the ladies in the office are super kind and helpful, they always bring a smile to my face when I walk in. And all the techs I’ve had service my father-in-law’s pool have been super knowledgeable, and helpful with any questions I’ve had! Outstanding results from this company. We needed our waterfall completely redone. Travis came to my house for a free consultation and helped us develop a new design. Once we agreed on what we wanted, they had the waterfall finished within one week. The crew that worked on the waterfall was professional and fast. We received updates and had the opportunity to make any changes during the entire process. Travis asked many times if we wanted to change anything, as he wanted us to be completely happy. You can tell when someone has been doing a certain trade for a long time. Travis demonstrated years of experience, as did the stone workers. The waterfall is a day and night difference from our previous one. I recommend using this company and asking for Travis. We are 100 percent happy with the entire process.

Above the top response and service… Ethan (our weekly service rep) suggested Poolfessionals to repair broken stone work… enter Travis that visited within a few days, quoted and won the job! Workers were efficient, professional and cleaned up well when leaving… I ordered a new heater to be installed today. Ethan and Travis are key to the companies long term success. I just want to say these guys are awesome. Not only do they take care of your pool…..They take care of you. This is a family and this is a group of people that really want to make sure your pool looks beautiful as well as functional. We had a problem with our pool and they were out within 20 minutes. It got fixed and my party was a success with a clean pool. That’s the type of service that you don’t see all the time.
