Brian came to my home to prepare an estimate ( which they did not charge for!?! ). He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I have not had any work performed yet, but I have a feeling his estimate will be fair and I feel from seeing him review the job needs, his work will be top notch.

December 21, 2024 - I called in and spoke with Carla. I explained my urgent situation and she really made us a priority. I was a bit worried about the costs.... Not to mention; in this economy with everything so expensive. Well, let me tell you... their price was the lowest I could find. I totally recommend Patriot Comfort Services. They offer the best rates around. Their services are the best! The employee are fantastic!

Patrick was quick to respond, we were relieved he could get to us within hours of our call! He worked diligently to determine the problem and solved it with a cost effective measure. We were thrilled with the result. Patriot proved to be honest, respectful and fair. I immediately canceled our membership service with our former company and we are now Loyal Patriot customers.

We ended up needing to replace the main furnace in our home. They were timely in giving us four different options. They explained the pluses and minuses of each option. After making a choice within three days, it was replaced. They came back the next day to double check that everything was done correctly and gave us a tutorial on the new thermostat. Through all of this they were very respectful and polite. We would certainly recommend using them for your HVAC needs.

I woke up this morning in a panic, no power to my thermostat and hvac breakers tripped and the system would not come on. I sent Amber a message real quick and she said call Carla.. First let me say Carla is amazing the ideal picture perfect customer service rep we all want to hear at the other end of the phone line when having to make dreaded calls like this. She was super helpful and quick to dispatch a tech out. Mind you this is at 720 am this morning. Within 10 minutes I recieved a message stating my technician was in Route. Patrick Hall arrived just a little after 8 am and quickly assessed the problem and before it could even get hot in the house had it up and running. Patrick is amazing, so kind and professional! These are the kind of people you want when you face this type of crisis, and we all know we live in Texas its a crisis when the ac goes out! If I could give this company a 100 star rating I would because they gave all 100% effort in getting me taken care of this morning! I want to thank Amber, Carla, Patrick, Bryan and Randy so much you all are truly the A team!

Had our first experience with Patriot recently and was very happy with the tech they sent. His name is Darrell and he was very professional. Will request him next time!
Ran into a little issue with the charge and Brian Willard, the owner, called personally to address the situation. Was very impressed he cared enough to reach out and was totally committed to my satisfaction and making things right.

WOW is honestly the only word I have after using this amazing company - I called on a whim after our A/C suddenly went out (shooting the temperature in the house to about 90 degrees) and needing a new A/C company, and have been blown away by how seamless and pleasant the entire experience has been. Patrick answered my call right away and was able to come out the same night (after hours) for what I felt was a very reasonable fee, and he couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. He was able to get the A/C up and running within about an hour, and the pricing was again very reasonable. He did a great job and was absolutely wonderful to work with. On top of that, to get a follow up call the next day from Patriot just checking in to see how things went and to make sure there weren’t any issues was the icing on the cake. That’s an extra touch you really just don’t see nowadays, and really made me feel like the company cared and didn’t just see me as a number. They really stood out and made me want to do business with them, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I will definitely be using them again, and I highly, highly recommend them! They are worth a call!

My technician was friendly and great, but I just went outside to get my mail, and he hung ads on the door handles of all my neighbors. My neighborhood is very serious about keeping door ads away, I don’t want to annoy my neighbors.

We depend on Patriot for our Air conditioning and Heating maintenance and repair. They come promptly do a good job and never try to sell us anything we don’t need. I trust them!
