Excellent service. The tech explained everything that our system needed or didn't need. He was professional and treated our equipment and our home with respect. Very refreshing to have this level of service.

Patriot Comfort Services has some of the best people on their team. Carla has always been so wonderful and personable every time we speak. Kendrick was so nice on the phone going over my issue and troubleshooting possible solutions before Patrick came out to the house. Patrick is, hands down, the best tech (of any field) that has come in, explained the issue, possible solutions and spent time making sure everything was working properly. Brian and Amber have created a family environment for their staff and clients making it so easy when an issue comes up. Each person treats their clients like they would their grandparents or parents. That’s how you know they genuinely care about the service they provide.

Patrick hall come out and give me a quote on setting up 2 new units and he priced them at a reasonable price. Patrick hall done everything he said he would pluse some he din’t mind going out his way to make me happy. I Would recommend patriot comfort to anyone looking for h-vac and if possible ask for Patrick hall you want be disappointed

A/C went out Thursday. My wife contacted Patriot around 5 pm and Brian came out within 2 hours. He assessed the situation and gave me 3 options, all which were good. We agreed on the plan and were scheduled for Saturday. Quick note: he brought with him a portable A/C unit so that we could get some relief from the heat. This great customer service sold me on Patriot.
On Saturday, Carla from Patriot called to make sure we were ok and to keep us apprised of the installation which happened and was done in a professional manner. Victor and his coworker did a great job.
I highly recommended Patriot. The customer is remarkable as are their products and staff.

Patriot is sooo responsive and always available to come out and go above and beyond whether it’s scheduled maintenance or emergency. Their customer service is amazing too!! Immediately signed up for their yearly plan after they saved us last summer when our air conditioner broke during the 4th of July holiday weekend. They got back to me before anyone else did!

These guys were very responsive during a quick turnaround time during my option period while purchasing my new home. Carla helped me get an A/C inspection booked within a tight timeframe, as well as providing me with a detailed and affordable estimate on services needed. The nicest, no high pressure salesman came out and gave me an analysis of what new system I should consider for a replacement of my 19 year old Trane (that is not broken yet). He explained all my options thoroughly with very reasonable pricing. Since I already know that this company has a sterling reputation, I will definitely be switching to them as soon as my current system kicks the bucket. I love that this company has reputable people as owners and on staff, and that they are not an overgrown conglomerate size, and will definitely go with them. Highly recommended by multiple friends as well.

Heater wasn’t working in 19 degree weather, David came out around 10pm to fix it. Heater is working amazing, not only did he fix my problem, but his customer service was outstanding in explaining the problem and telling us how he will be fixing. As he was going he was explaining what he was doing and seeing which is appreciated. Definitely recommend.

Had them out for an emergency repair years ago that was handle great but here lately it's been lacking. Basic checkup left with open attic units that I had to seal back up that still have my duct tape seal on it. It caused the attic fan to short out, they replaced it no problem but 14 months later it's back out. I check it and the wired nuts are hanging out the box and not connected to the joists. I hate to be a homeowner that hovers over contractors but it seems necessary here.

I'm not happy at all with Patriot Comfort Services. We used them one time in an emergency, however, as both Sr. Citizens and handicapped people, I feel we were extremely overcharged under the circumstances. We don't plan to ever use your services again.

This is Cynthia Graham again. After my initial post this AM, I was contacted by Carla of Patriot Comfort Services. Quite naturally, she and the owners were concerned after reviewing my previous message. After asking if we could discuss my concerns, she and I had a lengthy conversation.

While I aired my grievances to Carla concerning the amount charged, after discussing the situation with her, I came to a much better understanding. While they came out late evening, Saturday, after hours, with other Companies refusing to come, I did expect to pay a larger amount, however, I did not make proper allowance for the amount of the part that was installed.

Patriot Comfort Services did an excellent job of taking care of our situation. They actually went over and beyond by offering a partial refund of the amount paid, just for goodwill due to my upset. We sincerely appreciate all that has been done, and we in turn will continue to use their services when needed, as well as refer other customers for their services.

Carla is their Office Manager, and does an excellent job of Customer Service and satisfaction. Because of this, we are happy to give Patriot Comfort Services a 5-Star rating.

We had power surge outage that froze our thermostat, call our Patriot friends, they were able to come out within 1.5 after our call. It was an easy thermostat reboot, so technician was completely honest to fix, with minimal charge. You can trust this company, I know the mgmt & owners, they are honest, full of integrity, and will look after your best interest, never to try to upsell something you don’t need, want, or can afford! They train their tachs to treat you like family!!

I had an excellent experience with this company thanks to Patrick, the service technician, and Carla, the office manager. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and professional in diagnosing the issue. Carla went above and beyond to get the manufacturer’s warranty honored, even though the original owners never registered the unit. With overnight temperatures dropping into the 30s, they returned as soon as the warranty was approved so I stayed warm and could finally put away the space heater. Outstanding service from start to finish. I even got a veterans discount, I highly recommend this team!

Mr. Derek was very nice and helpful, so sweet to make our call on VERY SHORT notice at the end of a business day. Able to get our system back up and going, and very affordable.

Derek did an awesome job. He came out on a short notice. He walked me through everything he was doing and what was wrong. Another company came out before him and tried to sell us on so much stuff and wanted to charge thousands. Derek was able to get us up and running for really cheap. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend and will call him first next time.

Our AC unit went out early morning and I made a simple Facebook post about our situation. Parker HVAC responded about helping us and came over as soon as he was available. It was almost 90 degrees in our house and I'm pregnant. I highly recommend using Parker HVAC for your HVAC needs. Derek was thorough, explained everything to my husband, and even checked on us the following day! Honest work and reasonable price!
