Great AC and heating company. Been doing business with them for a few years now. Service plans are affordable, when I have a issue they arrive quickly. They've kept my old unit alive past it's prime and put my new one in today. Super pleased with the company, the staff when I call in, my technicians and the installers. Highly recommend them.

AC went out and we had an infant with a fever. Infinity Texas Air pushed other appointments aside to help us ASAP. James came to our house within an hour of calling ITA, had the problem diagnosed within 15 minutes. It was 87F in the house when repaired the AC and quickly went back down to 74 within a matter of hours. No better company to call in an emergency.

Great service, honest prices and excellent customer service. James Taylor was genuinely concerned with my concerns and addressed them all. He’s very knowledge and detail oriented. Im looking forward to the work that will be done because it feels like a trustworthy company and trustworthy employees, like James.

Update: The guys that came and did the install were awesome. Friendly, well mannered, and detailed in their work. Cleaned up after themselves and recommended other services that may help my situation out. Explained the process and were thorough with their work. Overall happy with the services of this company. This is a top mptch company. I cannot say enough good things about everyone involved. Ray, the technician, was informative and precise. Andrew was very helpful on deciding new unit and services. The installers, Baudel and Morony were exceptional. They worked tirelessly for over 12 hours the first day and a solid 8 hours the second day. They were polite and informative. They cleaned up after they finished. They were amazing. Even with all the rain they had to deal with. I hope anyone who needs HVAC help of any kind will use this company!!!

We just had one of our HVAC systems installed, and from the beginning of the process to the end it was the best experience. This was not our first rodeo and our previous experience was so so. I expected this time to be very similar. I will say I was blown away by the amount of time our initial inspector James took to be thorough with the check of the system. He was very informative about what he saw and found in our system. He then connected us to Jordan who took the time to go over all of our options and explain each one in depth and the differences. They were not pushy on any which option they made sure we understood each options and the pros and cons of each. Once we were ready to move forward they scheduled us quickly. The installation techs were equally as impressive, they explained their installation process and got started. Once complete they went over the whole system and made sure we were good to go before cleaning up their entire work site. We ran comparisons and looked at other larger and smaller companies. Even though they were not the best deal cost wise they were indeed the company that took the most time to ensure we were fully comfortable with our options and were very competitive in pricing. We definitely feel that we received more in value that’s for sure.

I had the pleasure of working with Easy recently. He quickly fixed my water heater leak and provided prices for a future replacement. He was accommodating to the fact I'd gotten off work that morning and settled everything before leaving. Thanks again Infinity Texas Air for all you do!

We had an issue with our A/C and called Infinity, which are our usual first call. Chase came out and diagnosed the issue very quickly, explained the process thoroughly, and ordered our part as well as maintenanced our unit. The part arrived ahead of schedule and Inifnity was prompt to set a new appt the same day. Chase came back out and installed said part and troubleshot other potential issues. Chase was very nice, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable. Overall communication with Inifinity was great and accurate. They will continue to be our go-to HVAC company.

We love infinity! We use them for our business and home. We have maintenance contracts and have had a new install at our home. They are very professional. We have always received same day service for emergencies. They are honest, and show videos and pictures to explain problems with our units so we can understand. We have always received fantastic customer service!

Infinity air was great to work with. It was a pleasure working with Jordan at the office to learn about the different options for HVAC replacement for our home. We had a complete replacement and the main reason I chose infinity air is because he wasn’t just trying to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. He was honest and gave his opinion on what he would do if it were his home. It felt personalized!

The technicians the day of the install were all very polite and professional. Praying for a long lasting unit for years to come, but thank you infinity air!

Do not recommend using this company! Ran by private equity. Best bet they are over charging on their services!
