As a senior citizen, many months of stress and frustration with my air-conditioning system issues. I called Infinity Texas Air. I spoke with Kristen. She took time to listen to my concerns, she was professional and courteous. She immediately dispatched technician Chase S. to my property. Upon his arrival, he was professional and courteous. He listen to the issues I was having with this system and immediately did his analysis. Upon the conclusion of the analysis, we sat down and Chase thoroughly explain step-by-step conclusion of the findings and resolution. Speaking with Andrew and Chase I made my decision to move forward in fixing the issue. I can truly say Infinity Texas Air, works and cares for their customers and will go above and beyond! Tech was very nice and knowledgeable. Shows me step by step what he was going to do, however, he installed a part that he didn’t need to stating he didn’t see it was already there until he was finished. Cost me quite a bit of money.

We had our unit maintenanced. The tech Raymond was very polite and professional. He was very thorough. Great communication. I highly recommend Infinity Air.

They worked so fast & cheerfully. And best of all my dog loved them. So they must be'good guys'.

Terrible company! Doesn't take responsibility for mistakes in his work and won't honor his own warranty for the work. Don't use this guy ever.
