Very pleasant experience. Ronaldo communicated he was on his way, got the job done, quickly, and was on his way. Very nice young man and explained everything he did and why it had to be done. I, highly, recommend the company and Ronaldo!!

We got great service from Willard. Kaylie Grandell was the technician sent to us. She was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and addressed our air conditioning issue. We now have a comfortable cool home again. We also have a leak in our hot water heater and she has worked very hard to get us a great price and will get that replaced tomorrow. Very good service and very pleased with Kaylie.

Our technician did a great job. Very patient with all my wife’s questions. Went above our expectations. More than we wanted to spend but definitely got what we paid for

I can’t say enough good things about Willard Heating, Cooling and Plumbing—especially their technician, Quinton McKeehan. We had another company come out and tell us we had a slab leak and quote us thousands of dollars to fix it. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion.

Quinton came over, ran a test, and within minutes correctly diagnosed the issue. What we were told would be a massive, expensive problem turned out to have a simple solution. His honesty alone was incredibly refreshing.

Quinton was professional, patient with all of my questions, and an absolute true pro from start to finish. Because of him, I will be using Willard from here on out. If you’re lucky enough to get Quinton, you’re in excellent hands

I bit off more than I could chew trying to fix things myself on into the night, but finally realized I need professional help. He showed up after dark and I offered to help out, but he put us At Ease by saying he would handle everything... and He DID.

We had a pipe break (water line to the house) sometime yesterday. I didn't notice the stream of water flowing down my frint walkway until late about 1pm. I called Baker Bros (as a family plan member). Unfortunately my issue wasn't considered an emergency for them so the soonest they could get me on the schedule was Wednesday. I Googled plumbers and Willard Heating, Cooling & Plumbing popped up. They were able to get me on the schedule for today and advised that if weatjer conditions improved yesterday, theyd try to get out to see me then. Dave(?) came out first to look at the pipe and provided a reasonable quote. Apparently the old copper pipe was the issue. He added that it wasnt amything that i did or anything that I could'vedone to prevent this. The pipe was a casualty of the below freezing temps. I forgot what type of pipe he said they'd use but it was more durable. Brandon Nichols was able to come out today to complete the work. He installed & tested the new cut off valves. One had a little bit of a kink in it so he fixed it and now we have water again! The customer service was great from the moment I called (in a near panic). I highly recommend Willard Heating, Cooling & Plumbing!!!

I had some concerns about my New HVAC that was installed by Willard . Due to the extreme cold weather we are currently experiencing I wanted to make sure my unit was functioning properly.

De’undrey came and serviced my unit . He explained everything and why I was experiencing the issues . He resolved everything and check the system out thoroughly.

Had Justice out here for a plumbing maintenance call. He was very thorough in his assessment and explained each of the recommendations thoroughly. Cody is definitely a good person. I have used Willard before but it has never been Cody till today. He did everything he possibly could for us. He did awesome work and I will definitely continue to use Willard as long as Cody comes to do the work. You did good Willard with hiring him. He is a good guy and his work is awesome.

This is my second time working with Willards and have had great results for my plumbing. They come and address the primary issues while appropriately advising for potential problems especially with old piping.

I got to work with Zack B. in my most recent service call and I appreciated his politeness, professionalism, and thoroughness to get the job done. He communicated well and often on what his next steps were, what he wanted me as the homeowner to know and potential resolution options to issues.

I would recommend Willard’s especially Zach B. to friends and family.

This is the second job Ronaldis Calderon has done for us, and once again, his work was outstanding. He installed a TV wall media box to hide all the wires and create a clean, professional look. The installation was done perfectly — neat, precise, and exactly what we wanted. Ronaldis is always punctual, courteous, and takes real pride in his work. We’ve been very pleased with both projects he’s completed for us and will definitely call on him again for future work. Cody M. installed a kitchen faucet replacement for us. He was very friendly, informative and explained everything thoroughly. Then afterwards, he showed me what he did and tested everything out to make sure there were no leaks and that it all works. Every technician we’ve had come to our house for different services has been really good. We definitely recommend Willard!

Absolutely love finally finding a company that is honest and will show you what they are working on and explain why. Cody was amazing and thorough and made me feel confident when it came to replacing our hot water heater with a tankless. No sales pitch, pure honesty when I asked him all the questions I had. He spent over two hours making sure I could lay eyes on every part of the process and be secure in what we were getting. Definitely returning for future house repairs and upgrades

Josh did a great job! He was very professional and informed me of the various things going on with the AC unit and worked with me so that I could get things done at a cost that met my price point.

Jose Lopez came over and did a great job on the electrical. He informed me on all the issues and fixed my issue so fast! My garage door finally works again!

I’m giving 2 stars out of benefit of the doubt—otherwise it would’ve been 1. The technician barely looked at the videos I showed and immediately said it was a manifold issue, one of the most expensive problems to fix. After some back-and-forth, he acknowledged it was actually a blockage in the main pipe. There was also a toilet flange issue.

He quoted $4,000 just to fix the toilet flange, not including the unclogging. Ultimately, I called another contractor and had everything fixed for about a quarter of that price.

What bothered me most was how quickly he jumped to the worst-case and most expensive diagnosis without taking the time to properly understand the issue. With how easy it is today to sanity-check pricing, this quote was clearly far off. Given this experience, I’m genuinely surprised by how many positive reviews this company has. Many company pump fake reviews these day.

I normally avoid leaving negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share this so others without experience don’t get caught in a similar situation, and to encourage the company to improve how issues are diagnosed and priced.

Zack came out to inspect a drain I thought may be blocked. First thing I noticed is that he wore boot covers without being asked. He was very careful with how he carried his tools and placed them on the floor. That is a detail I pay close attention to. He didnt charge me for the inspection. I was very pleased with his service. I'm a licensed contractor that buys and remodels homes and I will be using Willard in the near future. Thanks!
