I gladly submit this review of the service I received by Williams Services Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC. The experience exceeded my expectation, since most of the companies who previously worked on my AC have always been about minimal work for maximum profit. Williams Service replaced my unit on 5/2019 and treated me with utmost respect. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Williams Services left me with the confidence to call them if I have and questions or issues in the future. This is a company which stands above the average.

Williams has done numerous jobs on multiple homes for me. They are very professional and clean. They also provide great quality in their workmanship. I have never had to have them come back to service a product that they have installed. Great company!

Mr. Williams' team reached out in as timely a fashion as he promised. He inspected the unit Thursday morning. We set the appointment for Monday at 9am. At 8:50am he and his crew were at our home. The old unit was removed Monday morning and the new unit was installed by 4pm the same day.It was a challenging job; the new unit while more efficient was smaller so adjustments had to be made...the crew worked like a well oiled machine. Hector and the other men whose names I regret I did not get pressed right through seamlessly.

Mr. Williams was professional from start to finish. Though the job was performed in high temperature, Mr. Williams and his team observed COVID safety and wore masks during both removal and install.

His concern and professionalism was communicated through the quality of service his company provided. I was impressed and will be referring his company to my family and network of businesses and friends.

These guys are great! Our neighbor recommended them, having a 20 year relationship, and they did not disappoint. Very professional and thorough. Loved how they showed/taught me everything they were doing to the system. When it came time to make choices, it felt like were on my side. Within 24 hours, we had our first visit and then a complete installation of a new AC unit. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I was recommended Williams Services Air Conditioning and Heating from a friend so I called when my AC started blowing warm air. My phone call was promptly returned and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. The owner, Mr. Williams, came to my house and explained my options for fixing the AC. I was aware that it was a temporary fix because my AC was 17 years old. After the temporary fix ended, Mr. Williams gave me a detailed explanation of options. I ultimately went with a new AC unit since mine was so old. His crew was punctual, professional, answered my questions, and fixed my AC the next day. We now have a new unit that works very efficiently and blows extremely COLD air. We are now ready for the Texas heat this summer! Derek did a great job! This is the second time I’ve used this company and would definitely recommend. I own a rental unit that’s far away from where I live so being able to easily coordinate with him and the tenants was so nice. The work is a great value for the price.

My AC went down and Derek came to the rescue. We have a high end Lennox system and Derek was very experienced, professional and very fair with pricing. He had to make multiple trips because the repair required several different parts. I needed the repair done as quickly as possible and Derek made it happen. I would highly recommend him to others.

Derek has been our go to person for all HVAC needs for many years. He saved us on the 4th of July weekend many years back, and then he recently replaced our entire unit for a reasonable price and within only a couple of days of contacting him. He's reliable and very reasonable. We highly recommend!

Although I have a home warranty, I couldn’t have asked them to send a better company to repair my air-conditioning. I was out of town when it went out and my daughter didn’t realize that it wasn’t user error. The unit truly needed help and this company came out on a Saturday afternoon and had it fixed so fast! The motor in our heating/cooling system had seized up and we reached out to Williams Services for a repair. After an evaluation and a discussion about our options, we decided it was time for an upgraded heating and cooling system (our house was nearing the twenty-year mark so it was time). Mr. Williams installed this beast (pictured below) and it is fantastic. I liked that Mr. Williams was the first and last person we had contact with. He personally came to our home for the evaluation, he arrived with his team on the day of installation and he was there when the project was complete to test the new system. Mr. Williams and his team were polite, professional and left the work area nice and clean. We had a fantastic experience with Williams Services AC and heating. The owner, Derek personally attended to our service request. He was prompt, professional, and fixed our AC quickly. He was very attentive and explained things in terms we could understand and most of all he was patient with all of our questions. He thoroughly discussed all of our options and the pros and cons of each so that we could make an informed decision. Would definitely recommend for all of your HVAC needs!

The Willard rereaentative, came early in the day, and Michael was kind, courteous and knowledgeable explaining each step of my HVAC maintenance plan. He even changed my filter, worked efficiently, quietly and quickly during the process! What a great company and technicians like Michael, never disappoint!
