Jose Lopez was our technician. His service was great for an electrical safety inspection. He was 5 stars in our book.

The process to set up this appointment was awful. We used to talk directly with the dispatchers and they always communicated promptly and accurately. They knew their people, the schedules, and checked on things when requested.

Now I called and got someone at a call center who didn’t know the schedules or prices of any of the services and tried unsuccessfully to use an automated scheduling system to schedule the appointment. My husband and I were receiving contradicting texts and emails. The day of our service the service window was missed by multiple hours. I had to call to inquire about it and was told the technician would be told and asked to call me. Over two hours later (at 4:30pm) they called my husband, who was not here, having to cancel for the day and move it till today.

We have used Willard for the past 9 years and loved them. They have done a decent amount of AC/heating work for us and were always easy to contact. That’s why I finally decided to sign up for their membership as we have more things we want done with the house and I was willing to use them for not only AC/Heating but also for electric (like today), and plumbing.

When Jose was out today he didn’t have my number in his contacts for the address nor was he seeing the membership (that I paid for in full 4 days ago). Idk what is happening between the call center, the AI system, and dispatch.

Perhaps all these issues were just growing pains and will be worked out. I truly hope so because I don’t ever want to deal with that scheduling system again. It’s way easier to call another local company and get ahold of someone directly.

Jose Lopez was fantastic and very knowledgeable during my home inspection. He helped catch some critical concerning issues in my home and quickly came up with several solutions that worked for my timing and budget. Thank you for the superb service, Jose.

Matt Summers came out to look at our attic & outside units. He was extensive and thorough. We got 4 different bids and he had to attention to detail to point out things missed by the other companies. Was available by phone and text to answer all our questions! Made everything easier. Highly recommended.

I contacted this company after noticing an issue with my HVAC system — the outdoor fan was spinning rapidly, then stopping, then repeating the cycle. They were able to come out the same day, which I appreciated, and the technician seemed informative. However, the estimate provided was nearly $4,000 to replace a coil (even with parts under warranty) or to replace the entire unit, which is only about five years old. I told them I needed time to think before moving forward.

On Friday afternoon, a couple of days later, I came home and found a set of HVAC gauges hanging on my unit, and the refrigerant caps were sitting on top of the system instead of properly installed. About two hours later, the gauges were gone, but the caps were still left on top of the unit. The only company who knew about my HVAC issue was this one, so I called to ask whether their technician had returned. The office said they were unaware of anyone going back to my property. I explained what I found, and they told me the technician would call me. It is now Sunday, and I still have not received a call from him or the company.

I normally do not leave reviews like this, but this situation was concerning. Whether the gauges were accidentally left behind or someone returned to my property without notifying me, it is worrying that the refrigerant caps were left off and that no one followed up after I reported it. As a homeowner, I expected clearer communication and accountability, especially regarding something as sensitive as HVAC refrigerant and the integrity of the system.

Jose Ramos did an outstanding job running a new electrical circuit and installing our EV charger. His workmanship was excellent, the installation was clean and professional, and everything was completed efficiently. He clearly knows his craft and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Jose to anyone needing electrical work done.

I had Willard install a 20k unit about 5 years ago. The inverter board went out which is under warranty. Tried calling multiple times get on their schedule to get it fixed. At that time, all the calls were being sent into a call service, which was taking quite a long time to have returned. Once I made the issue known to Willard, they made it a priority to get us taken care of. Both the parts and the service were covered under their warranty and they did an excellent job of repairing the unit. My only suggestion for improvement would be to work with the call service to try to improve that part of the business. But other than that, Willard was very reliable in the repair itself. I am very satisfied with the service provided.

Worst experience ever. Do not use them.

In addition to receiving vastly different quotes for the same job just different plumbers (both from Willard). They would come for an hour then say they would be back and wouldn’t show back up. Can’t get ahold of plumber just operator who would relay problem to dispatcher who would relay to plumber who wouldnt respond.

They started tearing walls apart before discussing with me. They completely damaged a vanity that it turns out never needed to be removed. He said he “was tired and made a bad decision to remove vanity”

Well too late. 1k in damage and nothing was ever fixed. Refund was promised by multiple people, still haven’t received it. Can’t get ahold of a manager.

Please trust me, DO NOT USE WILLARD.

Jose has been great to work with. Grateful to have had him complete and assess my electrical needs! I especially appreciate his sense of urgency and constant communication! I highly recommend!

Cody was dispatched to my home today for some light residential plumbing solutions. Cody and Cody alone is the reason for 5 stars. He was professional, honest, and informative. He listened to my needs, provided solutions, and completed the job swiftly. Not only did he handle the work, he shared his vast knowledge to where I knew exactly what he needed to do and why. He also gave too advice on how I can prevent these situations in the future. Cody needs a promotion! If it wasn’t for him, the price was outrageously high. I wouldn’t have EVER imagined the quote to have that many digits. If it wasn’t for being able to chat with Cody, and get that quality service, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Thank you, Cody - but I gotta say Willard can pack sand with those prices. Best give that man a fat bonus!

They need 10 stars! They were wonderful! Everything is in and happy and we're cooling. I can highly recommend Willard to anyone who asks. These boys were very polite they explained what they were doing so that I could understand it and they cleaned up after themselves very well.

I had Willard come out for an electrical estimate. Jose Lopez was the tech they sent. He was absolutely fantastic! He answered all my questions, gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision and was very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Great first impression of this company!

He was prompt and professional, polite and got to the problem immediately. When a Plummer was needed, he got right on it and they were over in a flash including suggesting a person to come help with drying out the attic walls and floors. Excellent service! So happy I decided on Willard when I got my AC back in the spring. They’ve been nothing but fantastic!

Art was fantastic! After having another company falsely diagnose our heater issue, Art thoroughly inspected our unit and found the cause - a spot on our unit’s computer that overheated and no longer functioned properly. Hard to spot with the naked eye! Art was personable and efficient. We will definitely use Willard for future HVAC needs.

David was so kind, professional and thorough, he put covers on his shoes when he came in, he looked at everything we requested, explained everything to us and asked if there was anything else we needed. Roberto came to my house. Super respectful, easy to work with. If you’re a first time home buyer, from the initial service call, to the estimate, to the fix, there’s not an easier process. This was great. Roberto was awesome.

Brandon is FANTASTIC! He did wonderful work for us when he replaced our outside spigot and the main house shut-off. He was extremely kind, great communication, and very patient. I'm pretty sure my 10 year old wants to be a plumber now. He loved chatting and learning from him. Thank you so much!

Oh my god only amazing things to say. Danny came out to give me an estimate and he just went above and beyond and even noticed that my other brand new unit was installed by cutting major corners and was generally unsafe for the home. He was able to work with us to get our new HVAC system and also fix all the major issues that a different company absolutely bungled and kept it within my budget and what I was comfortable with. The very next day Juan and Isaiah came out and put in 12 hours of non stop work doing the most amazing job on everything. Mind you the job was not easy and incredibly involved and they were both incredibly kind and sweet the whole time. When I explained that I used a PTO day and don't have another day for them to come back they stayed late to make sure the job was done and done right so my family could be comfortable with our system ready to go. They walked us through everything they did, the work was beautiful, absolutely stellar!!! I am never using a different company for this ever again. Danny, Juan, and Isiah are all men with such great integrity and amazing work ethics. Cannot say enough amazing things. Extra little kudo to Corey for hooking us up with some extra discounts after hearing what an atrocious job the other company did and how they treated me and my husband. Amazing work! 10/10! Great team! All around Yes! Just go with them don't need to shop around.
