We have had some struggles with Willard in recent months and David the plummer just came over and totally redeemed them! His kindness, honesty, expertise and genuine desire to help us was much appreciated. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and we truly appreciated it. I asked if I could fill out a review for him. He was the breath of fresh air we needed. Thank you David!

This was my 1st time using this company and I am so glad I did! Quentin went above a beyond! He was super considerate and helpful!!! He got everything done in record time and it was a hard fix! Lex and Quentin were extremely sweet and I would recommend them 20x to anyone using this company!! 10 out of 10 :)

We recently received heating service from Willard Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing, and once again they did an excellent job. Our technician this time was Arnold Payton, who was punctual, polite, and extremely professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the work was done right.
This was our second time using Willard, and both experiences have been great. The previous technician, Nathan Burt, was also outstanding and provided excellent service. It’s reassuring to know this company consistently sends knowledgeable and courteous technicians.

Llovina was an amazing technician. He was patient and worked within our budget. He told us what we needed but wasn't overly pushy. He showed pics and really explained what and why we needed preventive care. After he sent pics of work. You can truly see a huge difference. You have earned a customer for life.

Ronaldis from Willard was excellent. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. He did great work and cleaned up the areas when he was finished. 10/10 would have him back for future work!

To be honest, I like to do the work around my house myself I think $500 just to replace a faucet that I had to go purchase the faucet at Home Depot which was 200.00 was a little steep for my pockets. We paid a little over 800.00. That was a lot to change the faucet out. 🫣😂

I would recommend this company to someone that does not do their own repairs. But I would recommend them to price check.

To be honest the only thing I did not do was price check with others around. Before making my decision. Please price check before going with any company to make repairs. I was work and had a lot going on. 🤦🏾‍♀️.

You will not meet a more honest AC man in the business. Michael Van Ness will never try to sell you anything you don't need. He knows HVAC units inside and out and more importantly, he knows how to fix them at a fair and reasonable price.

Van Ness Heating and Air did and excellent job on my service call. I had a knocking noise from my Heating/AC overflow drain pipe and Michael diagnosis and fix the problems and the noise is gone and my unit is running smoothly. In addition during the service call he point out a roof vent that was loose and did a carbon monoxide check to make sure everything was okay. Great Job and thanks for the service

The Van Ness family does an amazing job to schedule and accommodate! MIchael is great and very patient. You can quiz him on any questions or concerns and he will take his time to answer. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work!

Michael is THE BEST. He's been doing work on our home HVAC systems (maintenance, repairs, installation) in North Oak Cliff for 5+ years. I literally could not imagine working with anybody else. Seriously, if you're looking for somebody-- stop now and give Michael a call.

Van Ness Heating and Air replaced my 30-year old furnace. in the attic. They did a great job on a small repair several months ago so I thought I would try them for this larger project and was very impressed. Great communication, prompt efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.

Having your AC go out in the middle of August in Texas is never fun. Thanks to Vann Ness Heating and Air, we were scheduled and cool again in a couple of days. Vann Ness handled my AC and Heating needs in a very timely and professional manner. The motor on our 22 year old unit had gone out and it was time for a new one. We've had Michael performing the twice-annual service for our HVAC system for several years. Absolutely dependable and the best. Excellent communication of what is the situation with the system each time he is here. Wouldn't trade his expertise for anything.

Great experience. I hooked up this company with my parents a couple of years ago and they did an outstanding job at a great price. They were very nice and had follow up visits to ensure performance and customer satisfaction. The new unit and duct work was completed in one day. It's working great and our house is cold again. Our heat went out on one of the coldest nights in Mesquite. We looked into Nextdoor to find recommendations and decided on Van Ness Heating and Air. I called this company the next morning thinking hopefully we get a technician out in a day or so. They gave me an appointment with an estimated time of 2 to 4 hours. Michael the technician was at our home while we were traveling to get there. He performed the work in a timely manner, very politely made suggestions for the future but did not try to push anything extra on us. The work was reasonably priced and he was so professional. This is our new Heating and A/C company. Thank you Michael and Van Ness.
