Horrible experience with this company. They came out to he house, promised to do the work, then backed out and didn’t refund me the $85 visit fee. They promised to call me back and never did. Do not recommend!

The light switch to my bathroom wouldn't shut off for some odd reason, so I thought "Hey, I'll just pop down to lowes and replace it." 20 minutes later, the bathroom wouldn't turn on and neither would my living room or my bedroom. A quick call, and in about an hour, I had someone over fixing my mistakes. I'm glad they were able to do such speedy service!

Darwin and his crew didn’t just show up—they showed out. They were ON TIME (yes, you read that right), and they went over and beyond to keep me in the loop. wow, just looking like a wow...

Scheduled to be onsite between 9-1pm. Didn’t show up. I called and they told me that they had a large commercial job and weren’t going to be able to show up until 5 days later. Unfortunately bad experience.

I just want to thank you again. Your tech was great, we had a good chat while he was here and he even helped me with a couple of other things around the house while he was here.

Gave me a date and time,never showed up or called . Called the next day , was told the tech was doing a bigger job an couldnt show up till 3 days later. Dont waste you'r time.

These guys are definitely the best. Their pricing is awesome and they showed up when they say they will and the inspection gets passed every time. Above and beyond that, the teams they send are personable and enjoy talking about electrical needs and don't mind giving out free advice.5 stars Company.

Greg showed up last minute and handled my ceiling fan light. I had nearly torn the ceiling fan from the ceiling trying to figure out what was up with the wiring. Terrell came in, took care of business, and finished the job in about 15mins. Totally professional and on time. Would 10/10 use Pinnacle Electric again. And I absolutely am.

SCAM ALERT: They take your money upfront and then do not show up. The excuse is the same as the other 1 star reviews. They reschedule you but still don’t show up and you get the run around. STAY AWAY

Update 2/1/2023 : Just wanted this review to stay current to counter all the fake 5 star reviews. No one from Pinnacle ever reached out to me and when I cancelled the "membership" before the 7 day period I was told there are no refunds.

Pinnacle Electric delivered top-notch service, expertly installing my new electrical system! Professional, efficient, and affordable.

This is a scam, I call to get an electrician, the person that answered the phone did not explain they were signing you up for a subscription. So I put out $249 for nothing then an electrician come by and did nothing , it cost $200 for them to just show up. I called for a refund the said it would be issue within 3 days. After 7 days I call back to check and they say there will be no refund.
They did not preform any service and steal your money, call Angie’s list or a local provider. Never use these people if you value you time and money

I needed help with a dimmer switch installation. I was able to talk almost immediately with an electrician who was friendly and knew his stuff! He was able to draw on his screen to highlight things for me as he walked me through the installation. I will definitely use Pinnacle Electric again.

Pinnacle Electric doesn't have a real shop or offices. Calls are fed to a person trying to set you up with a subscription to Premium Home Services. Yes, they have people from different types of services coming to do the job you need. The person who came to do my electric job was nice, but had not been properly briefed by PHS about what I needed. The bill from the electrician was given to PHS who then billed me, with a hefty mark up! I paid too much for what I had done and still didn't get all that I had asked for. I won't be renewing my subscription, I'll research much better next time, and I wanted you all to be aware of how this works.

John of Pinnacle Electric did a great job completing my project. He was responsive, friendly and completed the job efficiently. I will call him for future projects and would recommend him to others looking to complete electrical work and repairs.

I own a plumbing company and contracted pinnacle electric. From the start I had problems with the customer service. Showed up to the job I contracted and they have left me a 240 plug for a 110 water heater. I have called 3 times to talk to someone about what's going on and I've been waiting 2 hours at the job for someone to call me back. We are calling it a day. $2500 for my company lost today because of the customer service I have received. Will never use this company again!
