My experience with Greg was perfect! He was polite, explained what he was doing, quick, and completely open regarding costs and next steps. When I asked him to look at something in addition to the reason he was visiting, he took the time. We also discussed the safety check that Pinnacle Electric offers and I plan to schedule that this spring. Based on my experience, Pinnacle Electric is fair, reliable, provides great value, and will be the only company I call from now on to do any electrical work.

The technician was pleasant to work with, competent, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We had an issue with our outlets, and he came out the same day to check it out, only to discover that it was just a mistake with the reset button, and he didn't charge us anything. The organization is extremely nice, easy to deal with, and responds quickly. I would highly suggest him to anyone. From now on, Pinnacle Electric will have my business and my family. I actually met Clinton in the Home Depot parking lot. Saw that he was electrician and got to talking to him about some stuff I need done. He gave me a rough quote which I wasn't holding him to. But in our conversation he never mentioned that he has $125 assessment fee. Funny part is I've asked another electrician to come out and they don't charge an assessment fee. I actually work in construction and have other companies come out and look at different jobs that we have. Not one of those companies ever charges or mentioned anything about assessment fee. All the quotes and coming out to the job sites we're always free. Watch for the bait and switch.

Technician was very professional polite and knowledgeable. Came out early the next day to install a new fan. Took the okd away and cleaned up. I highly reccomend this company. Will use again if any electrical issues come up
