Always happy to help and do the job right the first time! I bought my solar solution about a year ago, and it has immensely helped at lowering my electricity bills! I had to get my roof replaced recently and they were happy to do what needed done in a timely fashion! Our panels are back on now and we are again saving money!

I did not purchase my solar panels but needed them removed and reinstalled. Everyone worked with me as though I was a new customer. The workers who took the panels down and reinstalled them were fast and efficient. When taking them down they discovered some were not working and fixed that problem.
Very happy with job done.

Lack of communication. I’ve worked with another solar company in the past, Kayo Energy, and they were fantastic. Every single person was so professional and communicated in every step of the process. Unfortunately, it has not been the same with Circle L. They sent the original installer but after the addition of the new panels, the app is not reporting accurately. I’ve been chasing them down to get this fixed and no solution thus far. They have promised they’d send someone, I wait and they don’t arrive. I end up calling to their office and schedule a new appointment every time.

I initially used Circle L to install my solar array when I first moved to the Fort Worth area. Getting them to maintain or inspect anything has been nearly impossible. As a customer I am finding that this company does not value their clientele. When I signed up with them they make you believe they care and are willing to help out veterans but it seems to be all lies. Time to move on.

Getting solar installed was an awesome stress-free experience for us; most importantly, we never felt pressured at all. They were very matter-of-fact and left the decisions up to us without being pushy.

Our sales rep, Craig Melton was phenomenal. He was super friendly and very easy to talk to regarding the whole process. He spent a few hours at our house (later in the evening to accommodate our work schedules) going over a complete energy efficiency assessment package for our 97 year old house. Very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of their scope of work; he did a fantastic job of explaining every question we had (even though we probably asked some of the same questions multiple times).

We ended up getting a new AC unit, spray-in attic insulation, attic radiant barrier and a 5.5 KW solar kit installed. Everything went perfectly...Circle L took care of all permits and inspections. Install went super quick. Communication was wonderful - Griselda, Tabitha & Charity from the office were always keeping us up to date with each step of the way.

We have recommended Circle L to many of our family and neighbors and will continue to. This is a great company and we will definitely call them when we build our next house.

Overall, my experience with Circle L Solar has been positive. Austin was very knowledgeable and helpful in determining whether my home would be a good fit for solar, whether it would be beneficial for me, etc. The team was very efficient and the communication between the sale and the installation was excellent. (They had the permission to operate from Oncor even before the permit was approved so the system could be up and running right away.) Unfortunately, the day of install did not go smoothly. Most of my issues that day could have been prevented, or easily resolved, with better communication, which was a surprise considering how they excelled in that prior to that point. Examples include better communication about what to expect on the day of install (delivery of materials, what time the crew would arrive, etc.) and immediately after (the email from Enphase was unexpected and I was not about to click a link in an email from an unknown source). There were also two problems with the installation, one of which was a significant error on the part of the installation crew, but both were resolved promptly. One bad day is understandable, and the prompt resolution of issues actually points to good customer service. I’ve had the system for approximately a month and they appear to have configured it well based on the amount of electricity my household uses, and I’ve had no other issues. I would definitely recommend them.

My husband and I are new homeowners and have wanted to go Solar but didn’t know where to begin and didn’t want to get swindled. We found this company through door to door salesman and normally we don’t answer the door however we did that day and were so glad we did. Our first point of contact was Brandon who has a wealth of knowledge about Solar and how the process works. We had lots of questions ready and he answered all questions with a great attitude. We got signed up and our next point of contact through the installation process was Kara. Kara was absolutely amazing. She communicated with us every step of the way and made sure we were taken care of. There were no hidden fees and no surprises. Would definitely recommend this company if you are like us and are on the fence with going solar. This has been a great investment for our home. Especially with the uncertainty of the Power Grid in Texas.

This is my third time working with Rae Cook and his team. They're on time, professional, easy to work with, and for the job done right the first time. It's hard to ask for more than that. They've earned my business, and I'm happy to pass that sentiment to my friends and colleagues.

Austin and the entire team with Circle L Solar were great to work with. The entire process took just over 2 months from start to finish and I am already selling excess energy back to the grid. The team kept me up to date along each step and handled all the required permits and approvals. I got 24 Enphase panels installed and it is more than enough to cover my demand. Austin was not pushy when it came to the sales side, and advised what he thought would be the best options. I did receive other quotes, but after researching I found Circle L to be the best option.
One thing I would point out to those just starting to look into Solar is to still expect a bill from your provider. There are base costs not covered by excess production which they still charge for. Even with that i am still expecting a drastic reduction on my bill, and can’t wait to see what kind of production I get during the summer!

Mike was skillful, patient, courteous and made extraordinary efforts to make sure my Powerwall 3 and Gateway installation was perfect as lead electrician. He even arranged our energy company needs. His assistant Sergio was courteous, efficient and very diligent and was a pleasure to work with

I could not recommend Circle L enough! The project manager Lloyd was amazing from start to finish. They kept me informed of everything and I never had to reach out to get an update. They worked with the insurance and called me after every call with the adjuster to let me know the next steps. The roofing crew was professional, efficient, and very respectful. My new roof looks phenomenal and I am so thankful I agreed to let Lloyd do the inspection.

We have had out solar since mid Feb 2024, it's been starting to heat up lately, our last two electrical bills have only been 30$. So far the the solar panels are paying off. The customer service was excellent, the sales person followed through and the installation was smooth. The owner even came buy one day and communicated what was happening for the day. I highly recommend this company for solar installation. We are very pleased.

October 4th 2023 our new home was hit by a terrible hail storm. Our roof was destroyed and the door bell started ringing with roofing companies trying to earn our business. We purchased solar panels in 2021 from Circle L. Their service and integrity in the business is impeccable and very much needed when you have a disaster hit your home. We wanted the same service, and integrity for the roof repair. We trusted no other to remove our panels, repair the damage and replace our panels. Circle L provides exceptional services for a successful project. They were quick and attentive to all concerns we had.

These guys are the best!!!! They have been here for 13 hours putting our solars on. They made sure everything was running properly before they left. Took pictures of all there work to turn in to their company. I would recommend them to anybody who is wanting solar. I have had circle L since 2020, my electric bill is the same minus $100 credit sometimes usually it’s less. And I am paying the finance amount on top of that. I reached out to their office so many times I just gave up so now we are financing these panels forever for no reason really. I don’t know how anyone is having just a $30 electric bill, I’ve tried several different energy buyback programs and in the end it’s still coming out as my bill looks like it did before solar. Definitely would not recommend.
