Overall, I was very unsatisfied with the level of service. The owner/operator is a terrible communicator. They were not transparent on pricing. I thought they were coming for an estimate. Instead, they worked over a day trying to figure out what was wrong with my system before telling me that they have been charging me by the hour the entire time.

I also found their practices highly unprofessional as I was berated for being a poor customer after asking whether they captured photos of their work.

Did they get the job done? Eventually. Was there still a broken sprinkler that I discovered in the backyard after they "completed" the work? Yes. Needless to say, I did not even bother to call them back and replaced it myself.

Selection poor. Things placed in the wrong area with wrong pricing. Employee pushing people to self checkout. Seems like they don't want to be bothered. The savings grace were the in-store associates who are very helpful.

They were having a sale on mulch, so I grabbed some mulch and a few bags of potting soil. I wanted to buy some flowers for our garden but we didn't have room for them in the car. All in all customer service was Excellent. Thank Y'all Home Depot. ✌️

Beautiful landscaping! Everything was done exactly as we discussed, the price for the work done is on point, they cleaned up and made sure everything looked perfect when they were done, which it did! They worked with us and communicated well about what plants we wanted, the design plan of our yard was done with AI so we could see how it will look which helped with making the right choices for our yard. I absolutely recommend them, they’ve been doing this for many years and you can tell!
