These guys are amazing. They are in and out and the job is always great. I have only ever had one small issue and it was fixed in thirty minutes of my call. They are very professional and are very quick to provide quotes if you need to add services.

Trevor did an excellent job today treating my lawn for fertilization and weed control. He was friendly and meticulous in making sure the job was done well.

OMG!!!! I LOVE Buffalo Lawn & Pest Control. They are absolutely amazing. Since they starting doing my pest control, I have not seen one insect in my house! And, they only treat the outdoors! They also do my weed control. Since they started do that for me, I have not had to pull one weed. I used to spend every weekend in April pulling crab grass. No more!!! They are very professional and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have been using Buffalo Outdoor for almost 2 years now and cannot recommend them enough! Their crews are very polite, professional and do excellent work. I really appreciate how accommodating they are with my schedule and that I'm always able to reach someone if I have questions. Highly recommend!

This is the third mowing company we have gone with and the only one to be consistent with the schedule, prompt with communication, and overall extremely easy to deal with. If it’s raining when they’re scheduled to come out, they’ll send an email saying they’ll be out the next day. They send emails a week ahead of time for pre-emergent or when other services are scheduled. Our yard is the best looking one on the street!

I signed up with this company for 2 reasons. To get rid of the weeds and to fill in the dirt spots in my lawn. When I told them this when first signing up they said they would fix those. The got most of the weeds out, but not the dirt spots. After a few months of not getting better I sent pictures and they told me it would get better. It didn't. I called in again and they said that the dirt needs to be filled in by overseeding(something they don't do). I had been paying for awhile now before they admitted the spots won't be filled by them. They recommended scalping and having me overseed myself. I paid $200 for them to do this. It was done on March. Overseeding didn't work so I called some lawn companies to do this and they all told me it was not the right time, it needs to be done in the fall. I called buffalo about it and they wouldn't admit they gave me bad advice. Said it's fine to do it in March and said they followed Texas A&M guidelines. I sent the screenshots from Texas A&M website stating this needs to be done in the fall and requested a refund. They didn't respond and didn't refund me. Don't go with this company. Don't listen to any advice they give.

Our tech, Treavor, does a great job! I have used Buffalo Outdoor for 2 years and their products work as advertised on our lawn. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Also had them treat last year for a red ant infestation, and it did the job.

They did a fantastic overhaul of our front and back yard. They are worth every penny! I'm so glad we found them. I only wish we would have found them sooner.

Not overly impressed, a high school kid does the same job for half the price. They did a good trimming job on the sidewalk but I'm really not happy with the trim around the house. Do you really think I like brown trim line??? Probably just to save time for next week? I'm canceling my service. Pictures of before and after within two days.

Buffalo Outdoor is the absolute best of all the many lawn service companies I've used over the years. Their office staff is available, promptly attends to any issues, and communicates very well regarding schedules and services. Their crews do excellent work and take great care around our property. Pricing is very reasonable as well. Buffalo Outdoor is outstanding in all aspects of their service, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

We started using Buffalo Outdoor a few months ago and have been very pleased! Their transparency and feedback are excellent; you are alerted to when they are coming, what they'll be doing and the opportunity to make changes if desired. They offer a menu of services and you can select the ones you want.
However, I'm hoping to make them our "one stop shop" as they offer services that we've previously had to go to several vendors for: mowing, fertilization, pest control, mulching, sprinklers, etc. I also like that they charge as they provide services so you know you're getting what you're paying for (rather than a flat monthly fee). They've done a great job!

John at Buffalo Outdoor is great! My yard is looking better with each treatment . They let me know when they are coming and it takes the guess work out of lawn care.

I have a no soliciting sign next to my door and a flyer was left on my front porch. Please do not solicited and leave trash on people's doors that post this sign. Have a great day

Treavor did an outstanding job on my lawn. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable about the best treatments for my yard. My grass looks healthier and greener, and the weeds are under control. I truly appreciate the quality of his work and the pride he takes in it. Our first experience with Buffalo outdoor was with Trevor. Trevor Did our first treatment ever with Buffalo outdoor. He was a very nice man and unfortunately, while He was treating our yard. He was stung by a wasp. He was so nice and did a great job and made us very glad we switched to Buffalo. We hope to see him again.

Have been with the company for a while, and they have been amazing! I had a hard time finding a consistent company that comes when they say they are coming, but Buffalo Outdoor is always on top of it, and if there is rain or a holiday, there is clear communication about when the reschedule will be. The crew that cuts my grass does an amazing job every week. I am super happy with this company!

BEWARE - They mowed my yard about 6 times and that was 6 times too many. I thought they would get better and it was just pains of finding a new lawn service. My yard has had strips of un mowed grass since they started providing service. The mowers have dull blades and leave yard looking rough. They don't weed eat/edge even though that is part of service. The icing on the cake was them blowing dirty and mulch onto porch and leaving it, breaking my sprinkler system and breaking off a canna plant (left it lying in yard).

Also beware they advertise a low price compared to others and then hit you with taxes so your true price is 4-5 dollars more than what they advertise when you actually receive the bill.

Update 2-Leave a comment about how they speak to customers and have the reply be false accusations about dealing with their poor customer service. Pictures speak for themselves.
