I have a no soliciting sign on my door for a reason. It was ignored, and a flier was left. Not only was the sign ignored but when they walked off my porch, they walked directly through my lawn and landscaping. So, maybe have some courtesy for peoples lawns if you’re going to ignore signs.

Treavor did a really great job, he had no idea I was home as it was a Thursday morning. I was being creepy and watching from the shutters. He sprayed every inch of my yard for the fertilizer and took time to look for the weeds, even heard him singing. Always happy to leave a review when someone clearly enjoys their job!

I've been having them do my lawn mowing since last summer. I've very happy with the lawn service and the response when communicating with the office. They are quick & efficient and I sure appreciate not having to worry about the yard anymore!

I’m very disappointed with the service I received from this lawn company. We are on a weekly schedule, yet my front yard went uncut for about two weeks while they continued to mow only the backyard. There was no communication, no explanation, and no notice about why the front yard was being skipped. Despite that, they still charged me for a full service as if everything had been done.

When I reached out about it, I was told they “came back to cut it,” on their weekly schedule .I also mentioned that I never received any credit for the missed work, but nothing was ever resolved. On top of that, during one of their visits, they broke one of my AC wires — causing even more inconvenience for me to fix.

This experience has been completely unprofessional and disappointing. If I’m paying for weekly service, I expect consistency, honesty, and care — not excuses and damage to my property. I will not be continuing with this company and do not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable or trustworthy lawn care.

It clearly says not to leave flyers at my doorstop however your company slides them in my door frame which damages the weather stripping. If you want to do business in the area then respect our right not receive your solicitations. Now I'll never use your company.

Sketchy business practices. I took my lawnmower to the shop and missed a week so called this company. You have to sign up for a minimum of three mowing sessions at $74 each. They came and mowed the front and back and charged us an extra fee of $40 for the grass being too long and them “having to take more time.” Excuse me? They were here a total of 20 minutes, and even though they took more time, they left uneven patches all over the yard. An extra week of growth is 40% more? We were not told up front, not even told about it when they were here. I’d rather hire a neighborhood kid and pay him double that price, just so I know the money is going to someone more mature and actual values.

They did refund us the extra $40 AFTER I posted this review. They also badgered us and kept calling, trying to push the blame to those mowing vs the office for the “extra” charge. They kept calling and were pushing us to change our review. I would be very skeptical of any “positive review” they have on here - there’s a good chance they forced or strong armed that “positive” review.

Great experience from start to finish. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and my yard looks completely different in the best way. Clean edging, sharp lawn, and everything was done right. Fair pricing and no surprises. I’d definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with Buffalo Lawn Care and especially their irrigation specialist, Eric. He was originally called out because the mowing team accidentally ran over a sprinkler line and caused damage. Things happen, but what really stood out was how it was handled.

Eric came out to repair the damaged sprinkler, and instead of just fixing that one issue and leaving, he took the time to check our entire irrigation system. He carefully inspected everything and ended up making multiple additional repairs to ensure the whole system was running properly.

His thoroughness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond gave us so much confidence. We truly appreciate the care he took and the pride he clearly has in his work. Highly recommend Buffalo Lawn Care, and a big thank you to Eric for exceptional service.If you want it slightly shorter for Google or Facebook, I can tighten it up for you too.

This company is very unprofessional. They will not respect your neighbors property and will blow leaves and debris into their yards, and will get aggressive when asked to not do it.
Edit to add context:
Your client was my next door neighbor. I caught your crew blowing leaves into my yard and when I asked them not to they denied it and got aggressive with me. For future reference, the next time they come over here and start trouble I’ll be calling the police to deal with them. The pictures clearly show your vehicle, and the mess they made of my side yard.
