Home Services reviews in Fort Worth, Texas

We needed work done last year for two zones not working. $616 for 3 visits in which two were walk through as written on Bill!! Dates included 4/22/19 ,5/21/19 and 5/31/19. Although Qualitiscapes originally installed the unit, we are not happy with service calls and unit has same zones that have not worked steadily since work was completed.

They did excellent work. My yard looks great. No problems or issues and they were respectful and diligent.

Qualityscape has been doing our yard for several years and takes care of everything. I couldn’t be happier with the service we have received and recommend them to everyone!
-
Very poorly run company that charges way too much for their semi decent work. In the past they were pretty good but since all of the longtime management/employees left it has become a downward spiral of inferiority and unprofessionalism. Stay away!

Previously, we rated Qualitiscape as one star. The company did come back to correct the issues and the system has been working perfectly.
We really appreciate the improved service. -
Great service, helpful and polite team who came and worked on my sprinkler system. Extremely reasonable price. My system wasn't working, they fixed it quickly and got me up and running.

I would have given them zero stars if it was possible. We have used this company since they took over Greenscape. Service was never good. We finally ended their service after 2 calls for mowing and it didn't happen. Of course, they did mow our neighbors yards so we know they were in the neighborhood.

Qualitiscape does a fantastic job taking care of my home and my business location. They are prompt, professional and run the business the way it should be run. I would highly recommend their services.
-
One of the worst landscaping companies I have ever seen. They do not understand the meaning of cleaning up the mess they make.

Qualitiscape called me day of apointment at 7:30 am to make sure we "were still on" for that day. Then they never showed up. Nor did they call to cancel. Eventually received a call from the work crew 4 days later asking if I could fit them in within 15 minutes of the phone call. Unprofessional.

Normally I would brag about this being a good company to use for yardwork. However today when pulling into my driveway I see a man (Frank) kick my wooden gate to our back yard. I walked over there to find out why he was trying to destroy my property. I told him in order to get the back gate open you have to remove the combination lock which is clearly in sight. His excuse to me, was "I got mad". I told him I don't care if he is mad or not. You don't destroy other people's property.
So if you have this company, I would watch out for Frank. Apparently he does not have patience and does have a temper. -
Qualitiscape does quality work and is well priced. I worked with Russell to get a quote, and he had a team out there the next week to trim my trees and cut my grass. Will definitely continue using!

Do NOT use this company, they scammed me and lied to me.
I called for basic sprinkler repair and was quoted a very high $125/hr rate. I was okay with paying this rate and accepted. When they showed up for repairs, they brought an apprentice in training, which is fine. They then tried to charge me double the quoted rate. I told them no. Then they got back to me and said they would charge the quoted $125/hr rate, but then changed the hours worked and used the time that the truck was at my address.
Excuse me? So, I'm expected to be paying $125/hr for all the time that your 'professional' is making calls, is creating the bill, is talking to the apprentice, is training the other person? Qualitiscape was simply making excuses to charge me more. Absolutely ridiculous, as if $125/hr rate wasn't enough, they also try to overbill in any way they can.
Oh, and the cherry on top. When they finally agreed to charge me the quoted rate, they tried to get me to pay the original amount, instead of the newly agreed upon total.
Qualitiscape is either an outright scam, or is grossly incompetent. Do not use. -
I’ve used Qualitiscape for over 25 years and they’ve never let me down. They have removed a tree, repaired my sprinkler, designed a new space, kept my yard mowed and weed free and keep my flower beds looking good. Very satisfied.

Unfortunately, there a lot of companies that do not do what they say they will do... Qualitiscape Services is not one of those companies. Showed up on time and did good work for the agreed upon price. Fair and efficient, would recommend.

Had them come out on9-2-2022 to replace several sprinkler heads and raise some others. They had 3 too high and didn’t fill the holes around the heads just left the dirt scattered on top of the grass. I called and they said they would send some one out. I waited for about two weeks. No response. I cleaned up and reset the ones that were high.Don’t bother it’s taken care of.

This business is wonderful! Jose worked on my sprinkler system with a great deal of care and fixed it perfectly! They are polite and professional, and I will definitely use them again.

Was hired to repair and insure all sprinklers were working! Sprinkler number 10 was one of the ones working well, even the night before he came. After he did some repairs that cost me over 600 dollars, sprinkler number 10 wasn't working. I called, he came back and checked the wiring and it started working again. Now he wants to charge me an extra 200 dollars for the repair he was already paid for. Totally unsatisfactory. Will definitely not use him again.

We’ve been using Qualitiscapes for lawn care for several years and have been happy with their service.
We recently decided to redo the backyard, to fill it with native plants to attract birds, bees, and butterflies. Landscape manager Rene Bhattacharya designed a thoughtful plan, using numerous flowering plants, wildflowers, and grasses. She paid attention to the sun-shade areas, anticipated plant height and width, and watering needs. For extra interest, she suggested adding a few boulders as markers separating groups of flowers—something I never would have thought of.
Rene is very knowledgeable, happy to share her knowledge and to make recommendations, and exceptionally customer-service oriented. The new yard was installed more than two months ago, and it’s looking fabulous. We are very happy with it and with her efforts. -
Sal Was professional and gave me a honest quote for my project and followed through with people who professionally completed the task. I’ll Be using Sal in the near Future. If you have tree protects, Sal is the one to go to. I cannot say anything better. The service is 11 stars. Thank you Sal for being a honest business.

I requested a quote for lawn mowing only. After waiting a week, I still hadn't received a response so I emailed. A short while later, I received an emailed quote for $600 for an initial mow and $150 for subsequent biweekly mows, which I found to be unreasonable. The property is a duplex with a yard smaller than most single family properties after subtracting the larger house size. I received a call shortly thereafter and found the price was so high because they wanted to include a bunch of services I didn't ask for or want, like trimming the hedges and clearing leaves off the back patio. When I told them I didn't want the unrequested services, he objected saying it "wouldn't look right" without leaf removal. Who are you to tell me how my property needs to look or which services I must buy??? My lease holds my tenant responsible for leaf removal; I'm not going to pay a landscaping company for it. At the time I requested a quote, I told them exactly the areas I wanted included and the areas I didn't want included, like the north side which has a groundcover and doesn't need mowing. They ignored my preferences completely and in doing so wasted both my time and theirs."
