I called this store before going to ask about their pet policy, they allow you to bring your dogs with you. That was the first thing I really liked. Second, my dog was a little bit overwhelmed towards the end of our visit and one of the employees brought her over a bowl of water and rubbed her belly. It was a super sweet gesture and I will highly recommend them based on their amazing customer service.

We bought tree and flower plants from callaway nursery since we own a house, plus giving their store gift card to my friend. However, we stop by today to take some pictures of some pumpkins for last minute project. And when we left, my daughter heard a lady said this is why we don’t serve service to this kind of customer. The employees need a training class of customer service and eye contact Or maybe they choose customers to greet. Sorry for the complain and not buying anything today. I hope the store have better service in the future.

Melanie was amazing and had the answers to all my questions. I brought in a couple plants that were not doing well and she gave me some advice:) I have hope for their future! Also they had a huge pot selection, and I got a little sweaty picking one out lol. But I got an amazing pot that looks great 👍🏻

Highly recommend this Nursery!! Huge selection, very clean, organized, and most importantly a amazing team of hard working, extremely sweet and knowledgeable employees!!

Tiffany and Steven made my visit very enjoyable! I walked out of there knowing so much more about my items in my basket then I walked in with! So thankful for this place!

They always have the most beautiful, large selection of plants and their prices are very reasonable! I sometimes have questions or need help deciding on the best flowers or plants for my situation. The staff has always been so friendly and helpful! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Juliet was such a wonderful help to me when I bought my shrubs and flowers! I had to wait for approval from my HOA and Calloway’s took care of my trees and plants until I was able to pick up ! Thank you for your professional service Juliet !

I love Calloways! I’m new on my plant journey and every time I go they are so knowledgeable and friendly. I’m up to 8 plants now all from there! They are all thriving. Actually, im headed there today for soil! Haha.

I went to the store for Lithops this morning. They didn’t have them in stock but the male employee was so friendly and helpful. He greeted and also let me know where I can find Lithops. Great customer service. I’ll go back again.

I visited calloways to see about purchasing numerous trees. The staff was beyond helpful in helping to get me to the right person to place an order. Chad was a pleasure to work with in getting my trees ordered. I love how every time I go in the employees are always tending the plants and happy to discuss all things plant with you and help you when you need it.

I've been looking for Endless Summer hydrangeas (in buckets) for our patio, noticed Calloway's had them, and ordered one online. When I entered the store, 3 people were standing near the front and a young woman greeted me and immediately came forward where my almost-3-gallon hydrangea was waiting on a cart. I found her extremely knowledgeable, and she gave me some good, relevant advice about caring for the plant. As a result, I also purchased a bag of soil acidifier. When I inquired about the number of hydrangeas remaining, she had another employee go check on this. I wish I had paid more attention and noticed a name tag, because she was very kind and even took my items and loaded them in my car for me. (I use a cane for balance.)

Before today, I had never been in a Calloway's. I came home and began to read reviews regarding this particular location- I was nonplussed, as there were a sizable number of poor reviews, mostly concerning customer service. So I just wanted to say that the experience I had this afternoon will result in my becoming a permanent customer at this location. All in all, I feel the young woman who waited on me went the extra mile to assist me! Even in checking out, she informed me of the "service members discount" and signed me up for whatever customer program Calloway's has in place...and I didn't even ask. So, thank you, young lady from Nebraska! You made Calloway's look great!!

We purchased some spray for our vegetable garden (that they recommend) after we got home we read on the detailed information not to use on vegetables. That's not the real problem though, when we went back to exchange for another product, because we neglected to bring our receipt they said we could not return or exchange the product. That make me feel like they assume you stole the product. I will not shop there again, very poor customer service.

Every time I have visited this store, no matter how busy they are the employees have answered all my questions in a calm and friendly demeanor. I will continue coming to this store. The store is beautiful as well.

I am so thankful for Ashton at Calloways on North Tarrant. She took me around the store and helped me pick flowers and other plants for different locations at my house. It would have taken me hours to decide and wouldn't have turned out near as well. She knows everything about every plant in the store. It was fun to see her excitement as we talked. She is truly passionate about her job! Thank you for making plant shopping a great experience!!

Went there to get some plants for a terrarium, wasn't too sure which ones would be best for the kind of terrarium I wanted. I asked Jason for advice and he was very helpful!

I frequent this location for houseplants and always have a good experience. Recently, I did a Pick-and-Plant project with Juliet for the garden in front of my house. She was so knowledgeable, and really helped me achieve my specific goals for the garden. I'm so excited to watch it grow!

Went and bought some new plants for the flower bed, not having a clue on what I wanted or what would be good. Ashton was extremely friendly and helpful. She made things so much easier for me and even made such great ideas. I’ll definitely go back in the future.
